框架结构—箱形基础—地基土共同作用分析

【摘要】 高层建筑上部结构、基础和地基共同作用分析是建筑结构中一个引人注目的课题。箱形基础以其整体性好、抗震性强、承载力高、能有效调节地基不均匀沉降而日益成为高层建筑中的一种理想基础。本文研究的课题为框架结构-箱形基础-地基土共同作用分析。目前,框架结构-箱形基础-地基土共同作用的理论和实践尚处于初步阶段。针对于这一现状,本文主要完成了如下工作: (1) 本文提出了在箱基墙体均匀布置情况下,摩擦型支承桩的设计计算方法。 (2) 本文提出了在箱基在考虑共同作用时顶板与底板的设计方法。 (3) 本文提出了一种改进后的文克尔地基模型,并将其运用到Marc模型中。 (4) 在假定箱形基础为绝对刚性基础的前提下,本文提出了一种箱基的地基反力、沉降和倾斜的计算方法。 (5) 用Marc建立共同作用模型中提高计算精度方法的探讨,它包括合理地划分单元、合理地选择单元形态及合理地进行荷载等效。 (6) 本文通过一些有代表性的Marc算例,分析了不同荷载、层数、跨度、基床系数、底板厚度、墙率、基础长宽比、布桩形式等情况下,弹性地基上基础的沉降变形、地基反力、结构内力和基础内力。通过对上部结构、箱形基础及地基的不同参数的共同作用的分析研究,得出上部结构和基础的内力和变形的一些基本规律。并针对于某些重要的规律提出了一些可供工程实践参照的建议,有助于加强工程设计中的安全性和经济性。

【Abstract】 The interaction analysis of superstructure-foundation-soil for high-rise buildings is an attentive subjuct. Box foundation is gradually regarded as a perfect foundation form for high-rise buildings, with good intergrity,strong seismic ability,high bearing capacity and efficient adjusting uneven settlement as well. The subject in this paper is the interaction analysis of frame structure-box foundation-soil. At present, the method and practice of the interaction analysis of frame structure-box foundation-soil have many defaults,which needs further research. For actuality,the main researches are outlined as following:(1) In this thesis, while the walls in the box foundation is disposaled evenly, the design method of supporting pile bearing loads by friction is presented.(2) In this thesis, the design method of base and top slab in box foundation considering the interaction is put forward.(3) In this thesis, an improved soil model of Wrinkler is presented, while is used in the Marc model.(4) Supposing the box foundation as the utterly rigid foundation, a method for caculating react force, settlement and lean for the box foundation is presented in this thesis.(5) In this thesis, the method is discussed, which can improve the precision of calculation for the Marc model, including partitioning the element in reason, choosing the element shape in reason and substituting the load in reason.(6) By some typical engineering sample builded in Marc, it is analysed that the settlement, reactive force and internal force in structure for different loads, floors, the span, the stiffness of soil, the wall ratio, the ratio of foundation’s size, the form of arranging piles. Some essential rules of internal force and settlement in superstructure and foundation are obtained by analysing the different parameter of superstructure, foundation and soil. Aiming at some important rules, some useful suggestions are presented for engineering practice, which make the design of engineering more economical and secure.
