【摘要】 在城市建设持续高涨的今天,对于城市地域风貌和传统文化的保护成为迫切需要研究的课题。该论文对于在城市建设中常常被忽视的传统店铺、民居、旅社等建筑予以关注,并针对它们提出“市井建筑”的概念,进而从大量调查测绘的长沙市现存市井建筑入手,联系其附属的设施和街道等环境因素,用模式化的分析方法对它们进行了抽象的分类研究,总结各模式的影响因素,继而以延续传统生活方式,保护地域文化特色为前提,贯彻到具体的保护工作之中,使保护工作能够切实可依,有理有据。 在历史文化名城中,单栋的文物建筑固然因其或在建筑艺术方面的精湛,或在历史长河之中的重要而彰显着城市的特色,但普遍存在的市井建筑却因为依附着传统的生活方式,地方风俗,而能够最为完整地反映这个城市的发展历程,体现它特有的建筑风格,生活习俗,地方特色以及文化传统。可是市井建筑同时也存在着结构老化,设施陈旧,居民生活条件低下等种种问题,从而面临被大面积拆毁的危机。因此,本文始终依据科学的实事求是的原则,从大量的实地调查测绘入手,用数字统计,图表比较等科学手法对众多实例进行模式化的分析和研究,并从中找寻可以容纳现代社会行为模式与人格需求的传统生活方式。以此为依据进行的保护和改造在概念和方式上具有前瞻性和发展空间,从而更加合理化,同时可以促进地区的传统文化与现代文明在传统基础上进行完美地结合,使历史文化的空间意象与生活特征得以延续。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, the urban construction is surging continuously, the protection of style and features and traditional culture become subjects in the city region urgently. This thesis pays close attention to such buildings as the traditional shop , traditional Chinese dwelling houses , traditional hostels ignored, etc. the urban construction, and put forward the concept of "civil mundane building" to them , then investigation from a large number of the extant building in Changsha is started with, attaching to such environmental factors as connection its facility and street, have carried on abstract sort research to them with the pattern analysis, summarize the influence factor of every mode, then carry out in the concrete conservation work, on the basis of extending traditional life, protecting the region culture characteristic. Making the protection work practical can be depended on and reasonable.Among historical cities, single historical building of no doubt reflects the characteristic of the city, because of their building artistic exquisiteness of , or the importance in the historical long river. But ubiquitous civil mundane building, because in accordance with adhering to the traditional life style , local custom, and can reflect the development course of this city completely most , reflect its peculiar architectural style , life custom , local characteristic and cultural tradition . But the civil mundane building have structure wear out at the same time, outmoded facilities, poor resident living condition all sorts of questions, thus face the crisis demolished by a large scale. So, this project starts with large numbers of survey and drawing of investigation, and according to the scientific practical principle all the time, use the statistics, charts, relatively scientific tactics to the analysis that numerous instances pattern and study in , try to looking for holding the modern social behavior mode and demand traditional life style of personality from it. Conservation and renewal based on this way are perspective with the development space on the concept and quomodo, thus more rationalized, can promote the traditional culture of the area to combine perfectly with modern civilization on the basis of tradition at the same time , make space image and life characteristic of traditional culture be extended.更多还原
