基于Web的制造企业信息化评价与诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 随着市场需求的日益个性化,竞争的日趋激烈,制造业需要通过信息化建设提高自身的管理水平,以提高市场竞争力。从国际形势看,实施企业信息化是制造业应对经济全球化的挑战,提高我国制造业国际竞争力的迫切需要;从国内形势看,实施企业信息化是以信息化带动工业化,促进传统产业结构调整和优化升级的必然选择。在企业信息化建设过程中,企业信息化评价与诊断是信息化建设的重要组成部分,是信息化建设得以顺利进行的保证。但目前有关企业信息化评价与诊断的研究尚处于起步阶段,还没有成熟的研究成果。因此,深入研究企业信息化评价与诊断对于指导制造企业信息化建设,推动制造业信息化的发展具有重大的现实意义。本课题总体研究方案是:针对我国制造企业信息化的特点和存在的难题,提出科学可行的企业信息化评价指标体系和评价模型,采用基于历史数据的纵向比较方法和基于标杆测评的横向比较方法来实现企业信息化的评价与诊断,并使用统计图表和知识库技术以图文结合的方式来反映企业信息化水平。首先,本文在研究制造企业信息化的现状以及企业信息化评价与诊断方法的基础上,制定一套科学可行的、适合制造企业信息化过程要求的评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法(AHP 法)得出合理的权重,建立企业信息化评价数学模型。然后,结合企业信息化评价指标体系,设计了一套由企业填写的调查问卷,和一套由专家或者企业信息化管理者填写的评价指标评分表,评分表中给出指标项相应分值的描述,采用专家评分法(Delphi 法)对指标赋值。接着,制定相应的评价与诊断方法,采用基于历史数据的纵向比较方法和基于标杆测评的横向比较方法来实现企业信息化的评价与诊断。选用合适的统计图表,如趋势图、四分图、雷达图等,并使用基于数据库的知识库技术,以图文结合的方式反映企业信息化建设的水平和情况。最后,探讨了系统的具体实现,包括在线统计图表输出,知识库数据存储等技术的实现方法。在理论研究的基础上,本文采用JBuilder9.0 和SQL Server 数据库开发了制造企业信息化评价与诊断系统,并给出了运行实例。运行结果表明,系统的初期开发已达到了预期的阶段性成果,并为系统的后续开发和深入研究工作打下了坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 With the market requirement becoming more and more individuated and thecompetition getting drastic increasingly, manufacturing have to take advantage ofinformatization construction to improve his management level, and strengthen hismarket competitiveness. As it can be seen from the international situation, puttingenterprise informatization into practice is an urgent requirement to deal with thechallenge of economic globalization, and improve the international competitivenessof our country manufacturing. Seeing from the national situation, bringing enterpriseinformatization into effect is an inevitable choice to use informatization to bringalong with industrialization, and promote the redress and optimization upgrade oftraditional industrial structure.During the course of enterprise informatization construction, the evaluation anddiagnoses of enterprise informatization is an important part, and ensures that theconstruction can go on wheels. But at present, the research on the evaluation anddiagnoses of enterprise informatization is still on the elementary stage, and therehaven’t any mature research results. Therefore, the further studying on the evaluationand diagnoses of enterprise informatization has great realistic significance to guidethe construction of manufacturing informatization, and promote the development of it.The total studying scheme of this thesis can be described as follows. Afterinvestigating the characteristics and the existent problem of manufacturing enterpriseinformatization in our country, a scientific and feasible index system for evaluatingenterprise informatization and an evaluation model will be brought forward. A methodcomposed of portrait compare based on historical data and landscape compare basedon benchmarking will be adopted to carry out the evaluation and diagnoses. At last, amode composed of some statistical charts and knowledge base technique will be usedto reflect the level of enterprise informatization.Firstly, based on the study of the status of manufacturing enterpriseinformatization and the methods of the evaluation and diagnoses of enterpriseinformatization, a suit of index system, which is scientific, feasible and suitable forevaluating the enterprise informatization, will be established. Moreover, The AnalyticHierarchy Process will be used to work out the reasonable weights for the indexsystem and set up a mathematic model for evaluating. Secondly, based on the indexsystem, a suit of questionnaire filled in by enterprises, and a suit of index gradingcard filled in by experts will be designed.
