柔性苯二氧乙酸金属配位聚合物的合成与结构化学研究

【摘要】 羧酸配位聚合物已成为当前配位化学、超分子化学及材料和生命科学等领域中的热点之一。目前,这方面的研究主要集中在如苯二甲酸,均苯三甲酸等刚性芳香多羧酸配体。本论文采用自组装和水热法合成出39个对(间)苯二氧乙酸金属配合物,并对其进行了元素分析、红外、差热-热重、荧光性质和晶体结构表征。对(间)苯二氧乙酸配体作为抗阴离子或以单齿、二齿、三齿、四齿、五齿、六齿、七齿和八齿的配位方式与金属离子形成了11个零维、17个一维链状、7个二维层状和4个三维网络结构的超分子聚合物。这表明苯二氧乙酸具有丰富多彩的配位模式和空间构型多变的结构特点,它是构筑新颖拓扑结构和特殊物化性能的配位聚合物的较佳有机分子建筑块。
【Abstract】 Recently, the design and construction of the carboxylate coordination polymers have become one of the particularly important and topical subjects in the fields of coordination chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, material and biological science et al. The current topical areas focus on the rigid aromatic multicarboxylate ligands, such as benzene dicarboxylic acid and benzene tricarboxylic acid. In this thesis, thirty-nine novel metal-carboxylate complexes incorporating p- or m-BDOAH2 ligands have been synthesized by means of self-assembly or hydrothermal methods. The crystal structures and properties of these complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1R, TG-DTA, PL and X-ray single crystal diffraction. In eleven zero-dimensional, seventeen one-dimensional, seven two-dimensional as well as four three-dimensional supramolecular polymers, the p- or m-BDOAH2 ligands exhibit as a counter-ion, monodentate, bidentate, tridentate, tetradentate, pentadentate, hexadentate, heptadentate and octadentate coordination modes. Therefore, the p- or m-BDOAH2 ligands are excellent molecular building blocks for the construction of the coordination polymers with intriguing structural features and special properties, owing to their versatile binding fashions and remarkable conformational flexibilities.
