基于6 Sigma和KM的流程自优化技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,为了适应日趋激烈的竞争环境,国内外的企业都非常流行业务流程重组(BPR),重新设计其组织管理模式。BPR强调的是流程的集成和最优运行。同时,作为实现业务流程集成的有效途径之一的工作流技术(WfM)也扩大到了多个领域。但是,现有的WfM技术和BPR并没有很好的结合起来,处于各自独立发展的阶段。 为了通过工作流系统的实施来有效的实现企业的BPR,有必要开发基于企业业务流程的工作流系统。该文通过引入最新的质量管理思想——6 Sigma理论,运用该理论所提供的数理统计、质量控制等工具,对企业实际的业务流程数据进行分析和统计;根据所分析的结果找出问题,提出改进方法,推荐优化决策方案;并将改进后的流程、操作规程等相关知识存储到知识系统中;再根据工作流系统的特点,在KA-2生产线的基础上设计出具有流程优化决策方案和智能报警功能的流程自优化系统。 该流程自优化系统已经集成到KA-2生产线中,并且随着新的版本的发布而提交给用户使用,得到了用户的良好反映。对于企业业务流程的管理与优化具有实用价值,为企业的决策者提供了有力的帮助。

【Abstract】 In recent years, Business Process Re-engineering(BPR) has been popular in enterprise at home and abroad. In order to adapting themselves to the competitive society, many enterprises import BPR to redesign their organization and administration mode. The emphases of BPR are the integration and optimized running of process. And the Workflow Management(WfM), which is one of the efficient approaches of integrating business process, also has been applied to many fields. However, the current WfM technique has not been well combined with BPR and they are both in the independent-developing phase.In order to carry out BPR efficiently by the implementation of workflow management system(WfMS), it is necessary to develop a WfMS based on business process. It is a good solution that analyzing the data of business process according to the statistical means of 6 Sigma theory, putting the operating rules and improved methods into the knowledge database, and then designing a Process Auto-Optimized System with intelligent alert functions and decision schemes of optimizing process.
