工业混杂系统递阶Petri网建模与优化

【摘要】 针对工业生产过程中经常存在着的离散决策变量与连续变量共存的情况,采用混杂系统理论和Petri网技术,探讨了其递阶建模、仿真和优化问题。以工业污水泵站自动化控制系统为对象,建立了基于混合Petri网(HPN)的分层递阶混杂系统结构,提出了一类基于进化算法(EA)和混合Petri网的EA-HPN混合优化控制方法,进行了仿真研究,取得了预期的结果。 论文首先研究了工业过程中明显存在着的混杂特性,采用混杂递阶型结构描述过程控制,建立了基于HPN的分层递阶混杂系统结构模型。在此基础之上,深入探讨了基于MATLAB环境对HPN模型的一种图形化的仿真方法。其次,提出一种基于Petri网理论对混杂系统进行优化控制的EA-HPN混合优化控制方法,在监控层中调用EA优化决策模块,使HPN分层递阶建模方法和先进算法的优点相结合。最后,以某工业污水泵站为研究对象,成功实现EA-HPN优化控制器的设计和仿真。 研究表明,此类工业混杂系统的Petri网建模和优化方法是可行和有效的,具有较好地解决应用工业生产过程控制问题的前景。

【Abstract】 According to the phenomenon that discrete variables and continuous variables coexist in industrial producing system, the author adopts the hybrid theory and Petri net technology to discuss the method of hierarchical modeling、 simulating and optimizing. Based on the sewage pump automatic control system, this paper establishes hierarchical hybrid model by the method of hybrid Petri nets (HPN) modeling, moreover proposes the EA-HPN hybrid optimizing control method that Evolutionary Algorithms (EA) combines with the HPN. Through using the upper-mentioned method in simulation research, the study gains the anticipate result.First, the distinct hybrid characteristic in industrial process is discussed. There is an exact description about process control by hybrid hierarchical way, and a hybrid model by HPN delaminating modeling.
