网络化传感器设计

【摘要】 网络化传感器的出现满足了测控系统信息量愈来愈大、速度愈来愈高的需求,已成为传感器技术发展的一种趋势。 首先分析了网络化传感器的结构,结合面向对象技术和IEEE1451标准,提出了一种网络化传感器的信息模型,解决了传感器到网络之间的互换性和互通性。 然后基于这个模型设计了CAN总线网络化传感器。所设计的传感器使用数字式温度传感器芯片进行温度测量,采用独立的CAN控制器和CAN总线驱动器完成了CAN通信的物理层和数据链路层的设计,并分别在BasicCAN和PeliCAN工作模式下实现了CAN2.0A和CAN2.0B协议通信。接着又依据该模型设计了基于以太网的网络化传感器,开发了以微处理器和网络芯片为核心的硬件电路,设计了嵌入式的TCP/IP协议,实现了ICMP、ARP、TCP协议。最后还设计了一个基于HART协议的网络化传感器接口电路。 实验结果表明本文的设计对实现网络化传感器有实际的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The appearance of networked sensors has met the demands in the increasingly large amount of information and high speed of measurement and control system. And networked sensors have already become a development trend of sensor technology.At first, the structure of the networked sensor is analysed. Based on an object-oriented technology and IEEE 1451 standard, a kind of information model for networked sensors is proposed in order to solve the interchangeability and interconnectivity between a sensor network and a sensor node.Then a CAN bus networked sensor is designed based on this model. The sensor designed uses a digital temperature sensor chip to measure temperature, adopts an independent CAN controller and a CAN bus driver as the physical layer and data link layer of the CAN communication specification. The CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B communications under both BasicCAN and PeliCAN modes are realized respectively. Also, a networked sensor based on Ethernet is designed according to the same model.
