【摘要】 邓小平在会见捷克斯洛伐克总统胡萨克时的谈话和听取关于价格和工资改革初步方案汇报时的谈话中,第一次明确指出科技是第一生产力。我国学者从那时起开始研究技术创新与经济增长之间的关系。我国企业界也发现摆脱成本竞争的唯一出路就是技术创新。 随着斯密他创建的古典经济学的诞生,人们对技术创新的研究就从来没有停止过。技术创新理论以不同的范式形式进行着演化,马克思第一次肯定了技术创新是经济增长的动力之一。熊彼特最早提出“创新”的概念,之后技术创新由斯密的分工范式演化成为了企业家创新范式。随后的经济学家从技术经济和制度两个方面入手进行研究,首先将技术创新由企业家创新范式推进到了技术经济范式。随着管理学从经济学中分离出来,技术创新沿着制度的轨迹进入到了战略管理范式。在当前全球经济一体化的趋势下,各种学派相互融合,并由此演化出了国家创新系统的概念。 经济活动的复杂化,要求我国的企业必需选择适当的技术创新战略才能在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过对不同国家和地区的比较研究发现,想实现我国的可持续发展和对世界先进国家的赶超,其根本还是在于以我为主的技术创新发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comrade Deng Xiaoping firstly pointed out that science and technology was the most important productivity on Sep 5 in 1988 when he met the president of Czechoslovakia, and on Sep 12 in 1988 when he listened to the report about the primary reform in price and wage. Scholars in our country began to pay a great attention to the immense influence that the technology innovation brought to economic increase from then on. Then they started to research the relationship between technology innovation and economic increase. The enterprises of our country also found that they could escape from the cost competition only by technology innovation, other else they would be in the mire of cost competition.In 1912, the conception of "innovation" has been created by Joseph Schumpeter. But as far as the research of technology innovation normal form is concerned, we must back to the epoch of Adam Smith. With the "Division of labor" theory and the classical economics created by Adam Smith, the study about technology innovation never stops. The theory of technology innovation evolves in different normal forms. Karl Marx affirmed technology innovation was the power of economic increase firstly. After Joseph Schumpeter pointed out the conception of "innovation", the theory evolved from the "Division of labor" Paradigm of Adam Smith to Entrepreneur Innovation Paradigm. Then other economists post- Joseph Schumpeter began study the theory from two different directions, one was technological economy the other was institution.
