W-Mo-Ni-Cr/Al2O3新型加氢脱氮催化剂及其改性研究

【摘要】 本文研究了新型加氢脱氮催化剂W-Mo-Ni-Cr/Al2O3的制备、表征、评价和改性。采用分步浸渍法制备W-Mo-Ni-Cr/Al2O3催化剂。考察了活性组分配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备影响因素对催化剂催化性能的影响,并对制备的催化剂进行催化性能评价及寿命考察。利用XRD、TG/DTA、BET、TPD、TPR、IR等分析手段对其进行了表征,以吡啶的转化率来考察催化剂的HDN性能。结果表明,在催化剂活性组分原子配比W:Mo:Ni:Cr=1:0.32:0.78:0.22,氢分压1MPa,反应温度180℃,反应时间1h,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间5h时,催化剂用量1g条件下,吡啶的单次转化率达89.0%,且随使用次数的增加催化剂仍具有较高的催化活性。另外,还对制备的催化剂进行了改进研究,如添加助剂P、对载体进行F改性以及添加TiO2改性等,分别考察了它们对催化剂HDN活性的影响。结果显示对载体进行F改性对催化剂的加氢脱氮活性提高最显著,对吡啶HDN单次转化率可达95.6%。
【Abstract】 The preparation, characterization, evaluation, modification of New kind of catalyst W-Mo-Ni-Cr/Al2O3 was studied in this article. Catalyst of W-Mo-Ni-Cr/Al2O3 was prepared by step impregnating. The influence of active component proportion, different calcining temperature and different calcining time on activity for pyridine HDN was investigated, and the catalytic actitivty, life was also evaluated. And XRD, TG/DTA, BET, TPD, TPR, IR have been employed to characterize the structure of the catalysts. The test of catalyst activity was carried out on pyridine. The experiment’s results showed that the conversion of pyridine can reach to 89.0% under the experiment conditions such as the active component proportion: W:Mo:Ni:Cr=1:0.32:0.78:0.22, hydrogen partial pressure 1MPa, reaction temperature 180°C, reaction time 1h, Calcination temperature 500°C, Calcination time 5h, 1g catalyst, and the catalyst kept high catalytic activity with the increase of using time, and could up to 99.9 % .
