灯盏细辛药用民族植物学及视神经保护有效组分研究

【摘要】 灯盏细辛来源于菊科飞蓬属植物短葶飞蓬(Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand.-Mazz.)。本课题从药用民族植物学研究的角度,对云南省灯盏细辛植物资源、品种、民族民间使用情况、可持续开发利用情况等进行考察,同时结合治疗青光眼的视神经保护药效作用,进行灯盏细辛视神经保护有效组分研究。 1.灯盏细辛资源分布及民族民间药用情况研究 采用药用民族植物学研究方法,对灯盏细辛主产地云南部分地区(昆明、曲靖、玉溪、楚雄、大理、丽江、个旧等)进行了实地考察,收集了不同少数民族药用经验,明确了其独特的药用价值。 2.灯盏细辛视神经保护有效组分研究 本课题采用对视网膜神经节细胞存活影响实验,进行了灯盏细辛视神经保护有效部位和有效成分的筛选;同时对其有效部位进行化学成分分离,经硅胶柱层析等方法,从醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到四个化合物,鉴定了其中3个化合物结构,分别是飞蓬苷(erigeside)、槲皮素(quercerin)、芹菜素(apigenin)。并在此基础上,结合HPLC-DAD进行了灯盏细辛有效组分指纹图谱研究,进一步明确灯盏细辛视神经保护有效组分,为黄酮类成分和咖啡酰类成分的组合。 3.灯盏细辛视神经保护剂质量标准研究 在民族用药经验和临床使用经验的指导下,进行了以民族药灯盏细辛为主的视神经保护创新药物研究,本课题结合灯盏细辛视神经更多还原

【Abstract】 At the point of medical ethnobotany, the project reviews resource, species, folk using, sustainable development and utilization of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz., family Asteraceae. And associated pharmacological screening, effective components of Erigeron breviscapus have been researched.1. Research on Erigeron breviscapus resource distributing and folk medical usingBy Ethnobotany, the mainly producing areas-Yunnan province, have been reviewed on the spot, which is include Kunming, Qujin, Yuxi, Cuxiong, Dali, Lijiang, Gejiu.
