中药药对的量化分析与知识发现

【摘要】 由多种单味中药配伍而成的方剂是中医治疗的基本形式。方剂的配伍复杂多变,有其特殊的规律性。本文抓住方剂配伍中的中间形式——“药对”开展研究,试图揭示中医在由药组方的过程中,中药配对使用的技巧与规律。 论文以1046首脾胃方为研究样本,采用数据处理技术对其方药信息进行量化表达和处理,进而对类方中药对的应用和配伍规律进行数据分析和知识发现。研究内容主要包括三个部分: 其一,方药数据的准备。根据制定的样本采集标准,从现今较为权威的方剂学工具书《中医大辞典·方剂分册》中选择脾胃方,并按照相关规则对涉及的药物、症状、功效、剂量等进行规范、量化和转换,形成科学数据。 其二,方证数据库的创建。将处理后的数据存贮于Access数据库,主要包括三个部分:方剂表、症状表和药物表;并组建相关知识库来存放中医辨证论治和处方用药的基本信息和规则,以供数据分析和知识发现之用。 其三,药对配伍规律的挖掘和发现。采用知识发现技术,如关联规则、聚类分析、分类分析等数据处理方法,对脾胃类方所含的药对进行数据分析,包括药对配伍的性味分析、剂量分析、功效分析和主治症特点分析等。 本文选用历经临床考验的有效验方进行药对研究,探索药对在配伍过程中与处方用药诸多因素之间的相关和对应关系,这在方法上是一次重要的实践。研究结果也证明,利用知识发现方法能够更为科学的认识方剂配伍中的药对现象,并发现其中的规律性。这为更深入的进行方剂配伍研究,优化临床用药以及提高临床疗效都具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Several herbal medicines compose formula, which is basic form in the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The compatibility of medicines is variable, however it also has its special rules. In this article we focus on the "medicine pair" which is one of the compatibility forms of formula, and try to discover the skills and rules of compatibility of two medicines among pieces of formula".This article take 1046 pieces of formula as sample, and deal with the information of medicine and formula by the method of data processing, then to analysis and discover the application and compatibility rules of "medicine pair" among pieces of formula by Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The content of this research mainly include:First, data preparation of medicine and formula. According to the regulations of sample collecting, we select formula in treating spleen and stomach from "Dictionary of TCM--Formula" which is one of the most authoritative reference book of formula, and deal with the information of medicines, symptoms, function and dosage etc., by the method of standardizing, datamation and transformation, and then obtain science data.Second, construction of database for formula and syndrome. After data processing we input information into Access Database, which include database of formula, database of symptoms and database of medicines. Moreover, we build up repository database to store the basic information and rules of prescription, which are often used in the process of data analyzing and knowledge discovering.Third, data mining for compatibility rules of "medicine pair". Data analysis is done on the "medicine pair" among spleen and stomach formula by KDD, such as Association Rules, Clustering Analysis and Data Classification etc., the content of the analysis include nature and flavor analysis, dosage analysis, function analysis and symptom character analysis of "medicine pair".This article focus on the "medicine pair" and carry out the research based on effective formula, and to explore the relationships between "medicine pair" and corresponding factors in prescription. This research proofs that the method of KDD can be used to recognize the compatibility rules of "medicine pair" in formula, and discover the law among them, which has great significance for deep research of compatibility of formula, optimizing prescription and improving curative effect.
