脉搏波分析方法及心血管功能参数检测系统的研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅猛发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,心血管疾病的发病率与死亡率正在逐年上升,已严重危害人民的身体健康,其发病率和死亡率已占各种疾病的首位。如果能在家中方便、快捷地检测个人的心血管健康状况,将大大降低此类疾病的发病率。本文介绍了一种基于桡动脉脉搏波的心血管功能参数检测系统的研制,它通过采集桡动脉脉搏信号来计算主要的心血管功能参数。首先设计脉搏波采集电路,脉搏波由脉搏压力传感器采集,经过差动放大器、低通滤波器、高通滤波器和反相器,通过A/D 采集卡转为数字信号,用微型计算机进行处理。系统通过程序控制A/D 采集卡采集脉搏波,并实时显示在电脑屏幕上。系统软件利用适当的数据结构高效地存取脉搏波数据、个人基本信息数据和计算结果数据,并采用文件系统管理方式对各种数据进行存储,占用较少的系统资源,使系统软件安装方便。本文还探讨了非线性脉搏波传播理论的实现方法及意义,为系统进一步的改进奠定了基础。传统的心血管功能参数检测系统需要用水银血压计人工测量血压值输入系统,并且需要人工识别代表被测者健康状况的特征波形进行分析,操作不便、且要求操作者具备相当的医学知识,很不利于系统在家庭推广。本系统集成了血压测量模块,通过简单地点击鼠标就可以完成血压测量的全部操作,并将测量结果自动保存。另外本系统利用小波分析的算法实现了特征波形的自动识别,大大提高了系统的智能化程度。系统完成后,经过对比实验和可重复性实验,证实本系统具有良好的准确性和可靠性,且操作方便,利于在普通家庭中推广使用。

【Abstract】 Owing to the rapid improvement of people’s standard of living in our country, the mortality rate and incidence of cardiovascular diseases have been rising in recent years and have become primacy of kinds of diseases, which is seriously doing harm to people’s health. If convenient and rapid cardiovascular health diagnosis were realized, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases would descend. A cardiovascular function parameters detecting system based on pulse wave of radial artery is introduced in this paper. The system can work out main cardiovascular function parameters making use of pulse signal of radial artery. In the process of development, we have designed the pulse wave detecting circuit. The signal of pulse wave can be detected by a pulse pressure sensor, be amplified and filtered by a circuit including a difference amplifier, a low-pass filter, a high-pass filter and an inverter, be converted to digital signal by an A/D converter, and finally be processed by PC. The system program controls the A/D converter to gain the digital signal and display it on a PC screen in real time. Making use of proper data structure, the system software can access pulse wave data, personal information data, and result data. And the software saves all data using file system management which occupies a few system resources. We have studied on the realization and significance of nonlinear pulse wave transmitting theory, which establishes the foundation of improving the system. Traditional cardiovascular function parameters detecting system demands measuring blood pressure ahead with mercury blood-pressure meter, which leads to inconvenient operation. Operators are demanded to have command of certain medical knowledge to accurately identify the diagnostic waveform representing testees’health, which isn’t benefited to be widely used in families. The system we developed integrates with a blood pressure measuring module. So operators can measure blood pressure easily by mouse clicks using our system. Furthermore, the intelligentized system we developed can identify diagnostic waveforms
