【摘要】 目的: 观察复元汤在促进妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复方面的作用,同时对患者的临床症状、体征及一般情况进行观察,探讨复元汤促胃肠动力恢复的作用机制。 方法: 观察妇科腹部手术病人45例,随机分为三组,各15例,每组术后常规治疗外,中药组加服复元汤,新斯的明组予新斯的明足三里穴位注射,空白组不采用任何促胃肠蠕动的措施。观察各组病人胃肠功能恢复时间,并对术后第一天及术后第三天患者的临床症状、体征及一般情况进行观察,分级计分。 结果: 胃肠功能恢复时间:1.肠鸣音恢复时间:中药组为(11.6±1.84)h,新斯的明组为(11.4±1.55)h,空白组为(16.67±2.29)h;2.肛门排气时间:中药组为(23.93±1.53)h,新斯的明组为(24.27±1.91)h,空白组为(30.53±2.87)h,经统计学处理,中药组与空白组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),而中药组与新斯的明组相比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 腹部术后患者的有关临床症状、体征和一般情况的观察和分级计分,复元汤组和空白对照组相比较,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05):复元汤组术后患者的有关临床症状、体征和一般情况分级计分较空白对照组明显降低。患者经口服复元汤后,腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐等临床症状及体征均能改善,无毒副作用发生。 结论: 1.复元汤能使术后肠鸣音恢复时间提前。 2.复元汤能使术后患者肛门排气时间提前。 3.复元汤能使术后患者的有关临床症状、体征和一般情况分级计分较空白对照组明显降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the effect of FUYUAN decoction to promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function after gynecological operation and observe the clinical symptom and common condition of the patient in order to probe into the functional mechanism of FUYUAN decoction to promote gastrointestinal motivity. Methods:45 patients with gynecological operation were randomly divided into three groups, each in 15 cases. Each group is treated differently besides receiving the regular treatment after operation. One group is Chinese medicine group, which receives treatment of FUYUAN decoction.Another is neostigmine.The third is blank group without receiving any treatment to promote gastrointestinal function and observe the first day and the third day after operation the clinical symptom and common condition of the patient, classification and grade.
