心肌康注射剂黄芪中间体指纹图谱的建立和人工神经网络的性能考察

【摘要】 本论文分成两部分。 第一部分为心肌康注射剂黄芪中间体指纹图谱的建立和方法学考察;心肌康注射剂是治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效中药复方制剂,由黄芪和丹参两味药组成。黄芪的主要成分为总皂苷和总黄酮,本文严格按照《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》,采用HPLC方法对十批黄芪中间体进样品行梯度洗脱,并对中间体指纹图谱进行了方法学考察,结果表明该指纹图谱有较好的重现性,为指纹图谱的可靠性与实用性提供了科学的依据。 第二部分为利用Matlab软件包设计RBF-ANNS(径向基函数神经网络)程序,并对丹参指纹图谱中共有峰的出峰时间进行了预测,取得了理想的结果。同时还利用该RBF径向基函数神经网络反相神经网络(BP-ANNS)作了性能对比,发现,前者的预测性能好于后者。并应用RBF径向基函数神经网络对丹参指纹图谱中共有峰的出峰时间进行了预测,进一步验证其准确性。

【Abstract】 The dissertation breaks down into two parts.Part l:The establishment of the fingerprint of the intermediate product of Radix Astragali of Xinjikang injection. Xinjikang injection is an effective preparation to cure viral myocarditis(VCM).It consists of ingredients of Radix Salvia and Radix Astragali,.The total saponin and total flavonind are active compounds in Radix Astragali. The elution procedure was strictly carried out with ten batches of intermediate products of Radix Astragali in accordance with the Prescription of the Finger Print Research of Traditional Chines Medicine.According to the test of the similarity , stability and repeatability results, the method proves to be reliable and convenient.Part 2:1 designed the RBF-ANNS program with Matlab software to predict the retention time of the joint peaks in the fingerprints of the intermediate product of Radix Salvia and receive desirable results.In comparison with BP-ANNS, the RBF-ANNS lays out its premium properties.On further attest of the properties, I conducted prediction of the retention time of the joint peaks in the fingerprints of the intermediate product of Radix Salvia and receive desirable result.
