【摘要】 颈椎小关节紊乱征属于颈椎疾病中的一个病种,其症状表现突出,临床多见。同时颈椎间小关节紊乱是颈椎病的发病因素之一,在临床上的颈椎病变中又比较多见,两者常交织在一起,相互影响。本篇所要探讨的问题是自制颈椎调整器在治疗颈椎小关节紊乱征中的重要作用。方法:本篇所选颈椎小关节紊乱的病例均选自临床病人,利用自制颈椎调整器治疗1—2次,统计治疗后的疗效,并与目前文献报导的常用治疗手法作比较。结果:采用自制颈椎调整器治疗优于普通旋转复位手法治疗,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎小关节紊乱征以手法治疗为主,本文介绍的自制颈椎调整器治疗方法简单,易于制作,易于推广,是治疗颈椎小关节紊乱征的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical vertebrae zygapophyseal joint disfunction syndrome belong to a type disease of cervical spondylosis, it’s symptom is obviouse and always happens on clinic.It is one pathogeny of cervical spondylosis, the cervical spondylosis always happen on clinic, two disease always interweave, influnce each other, the problem of this article discusing is the important function of cervical spondylosis treated by self-made cervical vertebrae regulator. Method: the cases select from clinical patient, treated by the self-making cervical vertebrae regulator 1-2 times, statistics the curative effect after treating, compare with normal treating method reported in literature at present. Reasult: the curative effect of self-made cervical vertebrae regulator excel the curative effect of replacing method of circumvolving(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Cervical vertebrae zygapophyseal joint disfunction syndrome is treated with technique normally, the regulator treating method introduced in the article is simple to operate, easy to make and popularize, and is a type of available method to treat Cervical vertebrae joint isfunction syndrome.更多还原
