【摘要】 围绝经期综合征（PMS）是妇女从中年到老年过渡时期的常见病、多发病。它是指妇女在绝经前后由于卵巢功能逐渐衰退,雌激素水平下降,出现以植物神经系统功能紊乱为主,伴有神经心理症状的一组症候群,严重者可影响正常的学习、工作和生活。 本文从现代医学和祖国医学两个方面对其发病机理及治疗进展进行了系统的论述。为寻找治疗本病的疗效好、副作用小的方药,我们选择了62例患者应用补肾填精法给予“延灵丹”汤剂治疗,观察用药后的疗效、症状评分、内分泌激素水平的变化等情况。 结果表明:“延灵丹”能够明显减轻或消除PMS患者的症状,并提高血中E₂水平,降低血FSH水平。因此,我们认为:“延灵丹”是治疗和改善PMS的有效方药。 本研究除了应用一些临床观察指标外,且客观评价了该药的疗效,同时对有关机理进行了探讨,指出补肾填精法是治疗本病的关键之举。这不仅为中医药治疗PMS提供了依据,而且在理论和治疗方面提出了有益的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perimenopausal Syndrome (PMS) is a common and multiple disease in woman’s transition period from middle age to old age.PMS is a group of syndrome that is caused by the fluctuative decrease of the woman’s estrogen level in her menopausal period .This syndrome’s main peculiarity is vegetative nerve functional disturbance, and psychonosema or psychologic disturbance is accompanied. The serious symptom affect normal study, work and life.This article elaborates systematically the pathogeny and therapy development of this disease from both sides of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. In order to seek an eutherapeutic drug that has few side effect, we adopted the method of benefiting kidney-jing to treat 62 patients (the drug is Yanlingdan). We observed their clinical symptoms, measured endocrine hormone level both before and after treatment.The result proved that Yanlingdan could obviously relieve or eliminate their symptoms, increase E2, reduce FSH and LH. According to this, we considered that Yanlingdan is an effective drug of treating PMS.This study evaluated objectively the curative effect of the drug except utilized some clinical target, discussed its function as well. It turned out that the method of benefiting kidney-jing was an effective method of treating PMS. This study provided a basis for treating PMS by Chinese drugs and raised beneficial discussion on theory and cure .更多还原
