【摘要】 目的:在辨病和辨证相结合的基础上,以中医理论为指导,提出类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗原则,以此原则指导用药,观察中药联合治疗湿热阻络型RA的疗效和不良反应。 方法:将50例RA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组药物统一包装、改名和编号。治疗组口服雷公藤多甙片、益肾蠲痹丸和湿热痹颗粒,对照组口服扶他林缓释片、甲氨喋呤和柳氮磺胺吡啶,用药期间监测安全性指标,并进行为期24周的临床疗效评价。 结果:治疗组用药后4周起效,总有效率56%与对照组80%相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05);12周和24周治疗组总有效率分别为84%、88%,对照组为88%、92%,两组总有效率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12%、36%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论:中药联合用药治疗RA疗效与对照组相当,但不良反应发生率低。说明中药联合治疗RA是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess clinical effectiveness and adverse effect in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of retention of dampness-heat in channel with 24-week Chinese traditional medicine , compared western medicine .Methods: Fifty patients, who suffered from rheumatoid arthritic, were randomly allocated into treatment and controlled groups, all medical packing was similar . Patients in treatment group received three kinds of Chinese traditional medicine at the same time , ones in controlled group received three kinds of western medicine , all patients were followed up 24 weeks .Results: The clinical and parameters were improved at the fourth week in treatment groups, the overall response rates were 56% and 80% for treatment and controlled groups respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups . The overall response rates were 84% and 88% for 12 weeks and 24 weeks respectively in treatment group, compared to 88% and 92% in controlled group, there was no significant difference between the two groups too . The occurrence rates of adverse effect were 12% and 36% for treatment and controlled group respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups .Conclusion: The three kinds of Chinese traditional medicine which were combined to treat rheumatoid arthritis patients were effective and safe.更多还原
