地下工程预应力锚杆支护数值模拟分析

【摘要】 预应力锚杆支护作为一种高效、经济的硐室加固技术,已日益广泛地应用于各类地下工程加固中。由于预应力锚杆加固围岩的作用机理比较复杂,到目前为止,对预应力锚杆作用机理的研究仍处于探索阶段,还没有形成系统的理论体系,预应力锚杆支护设计也主要依靠工程类比法来实现,理论严重滞后于实践,尤其是在煤矿巷道支护中表现得尤为突出。本文根据煤矿巷道的围岩特点,利用预应力锚杆支护具有早承荷、快承荷、可充分调动围岩自承载能力的特点,对煤矿中的采准巷道进行预应力锚杆支护研究。实践表明,当锚杆施加一定预应力后,锚固顶板可形成组合梁结构,减少顶板拉应力区和顶板变形,并改善围岩应力分布状态,提高巷道的稳定性。 本文根据采准巷道的特点,建立了多个数值计算模型,利用有限元计算软件ANSYS对不同支护参数下的采准巷道进行了数值模拟研究,得到了预应力锚杆支护条件下巷道的变形和围岩应力分布特征,根据定义的安全系数,可判定围岩的破坏区域和破坏程度。最后结合枣庄和肥城矿区的工程实例,通过数值计算分析,确定了预应力锚杆支护的基本参数,并对现场巷道支护方案进行了工程设计。
【Abstract】 Being an efficient and economical cavern-support technique, pre-stressed bolt support has been widely used in different underground projects. For complexity of interaction between bolt and surrounding rock, it is still in exploring stage and does not form perfectly theory system. The pre-stressed bolting design mainly depends on engineering analogy and the design theory seriously falls behind the engineering practice especially in entry support of coal mine. According to the characteristics of entry surrounding rock in coal mine, the pre-stressed bolting for developing entry in coal mine has been studied because the pre-stressed bolt possesses the characters of early load-bearing and quickly load-bearing and high surrounding rock load-bearing ability. The practice indicated that anchorage roof can form a combined beam structure, reduce roof tensile stress area and roof distortion, ameliorate surrounding rock stress distribution and enhance the stability of entry after a suitable pre-stress is applied to the bolt.According to the characteristic of developing entry, some numerical models have been established in this paper and the roadway distortion and surrounding rock stress distribution have been obtained by using ANSYS to simulate developing entry in different bolting parameters. According to safety factor, the destruction area of surrounding rock can be determined. At last, the pre-stressed bolting designs for Zaozhuang and Feicheng have been accomplished through numerical simulation.
