城市出租车无线定位方法研究

【摘要】 无线定位技术是一项古老而又年轻的技术。定位通常是指确定地球表面某种物体在某一参考坐标系中的位置。移动定位是指通过收集和分析网络相关数据,确定移动台(MS)在公共陆地移动通信网(PLMN)中的地理位置信息(经纬度坐标)。经过地理信息系统平台的处理,便可能在正确的时间、正确的地点、把正确的信息发送给正确的人,并可实现对移动终端用户的位置进行实时监测和跟踪。 随着GSM通信技术和GIS地理信息系统中城市电子地图技术的不断发展和完善,使得开发一个城市出租车管理平台,对出租车的调度、收费、管理等实现智能化,成为可能。 本文讨论了无线电定位的基本方法和原理:推算定位、接近式定位和无线电定位。讨论了GPS导航定位的基本原理,分析比较他们用于定位的优缺点。 本文详细讨论了用于定位的GSM网络参数,对小区的结构,小区的切换,信道的工作过程,进行了详细的分析。 利用GSM网络,对城市出租车进行无线定位,有多种方式可以选择。基于场景分析的定位技术,基于临近关系的定位技术,COO(Cell of Origin)定位,基于Cell-ID和时间提前量的方法,STK(SIM Application Toolkit)方法,信号强度定位等技术。本文分析了各种方法的技术特点,对他们的优缺点进行了比较。 由于城市中无线电波传播路径很复杂,采用单一的无线电定位技术,很难满足实际应用要求。本文提出了采用多方法、多精度的定位方法。根据出租车所处的位置,选择能够满足定位要求的定位算法。对系统的方案选择原则、系统组成、各部分的应完成的任务,提出了要求。 本文还讨论了射频识别技术,工作原理,它在高速公路收费管理系统中的应用。提出了不停车收费的管理模式。

【Abstract】 Radio location technology is an old but young technology. Location usually means that the position of a certain object at the earth surface is confirmed in the system of a certain reference coordinates. Radiolocation means through collecting and analyzing relevant network datum, to confirm geographical position information (longitude and latitude coordinate) in the public land mobile communication network (PLMN). Through geographical information system processing platform, we could in correct time, correct place, send correct message to correct people, and could realize monitoring and tracking the position of.the end user in real time.With the constant development of city electronic map in the geographical information system and GSM telecommunication technology, it is possible to develop a taxies management platform in city, to realize intellect management of the taxi call, charge and management etc.This text has discussed basic method and principle of the radiolocation: Calculating method, approaching method and radiolocation. It has Discussed GPS navigation and position system, analyzed and compared their advantages and disadvantages.This text has discussed GSM network parameters used for location in detail, analyzed the structure of cell, the switching over of the location information, the working concept of the channel.Utilizing GSM network, there are many ways to realize radiolocation to the urban taxi. The localization technologies include: scene analyses, relative location technology, COO (Cell of Origin) location, Cell-ID and time advances of arrive, STK (SIM Application Toolkit) method, the intensity of signal location, etc. This text analyses the technological characteristics of different methods, compares their pluses and minuses.Actually, the propagation of electromagnetic wave is very complicated in the city. It is very difficult to meet the user request by adopting a single technology. This text has proposed adopting the location method of multi-method, multi-precision. According to the position of a taxi, it can choose location algorithm to meet the request. It has discussed the diagram of the system, system component, and tasks that every part should be finished.This text has also discussed the RFID technology, its operation principle, and the application in the administrative system of expressway. It has put forward a management mode in which it is need not to stop for charging.
