【摘要】 近几年来,全球经济一体化趋势不断加强,世界各国间的发展竞争也日趋激烈。通过经济结构调整和产业结构优化,在新一轮世界范围的经济结构调整中占得先机,来实现经济的快速发展,是我国经济发展的必然选择。国内外有不少有关产业结构及其优化的理论,但大多是从宏观方面出发,进行定性分析和描述。如何突出定量计算在产业结构优化中的支撑作用,更好的结合区域的实际状况,使得产业结构优化能对区域产生现实的指导意义,是区域产业结构优化研究的方向所在。 本文的重点内容在于区域产业结构水平的相对性评价和主导产业的选择。首先,从市场适应能力、产业协调、生产要素的合理利用三个方面对产业结构合理化进行了分析,提出了产业结构合理化研究的边际评价法;接着对要素供给、市场需求、系统环境三个要素与产业结构高度化的关系进行了研究,并对产业结构高度化的表现形式和机制进行了探究。然后,提出了产业结构优度的概念,建立了产业结构优度评价的指标体系,运用主成分分析法构建了产业结构优度评价的数学模型,并结合区域数据进行了实证分析。最后,对主导产业的关联性进行了分析,并结合自组织理论,分析了主导产业和产业结构系统的自组织演化过程,阐明了主导产业的实现途径和主导产业群的演变规律,并建立了区域主导产业选择的原则、指标体系和数学模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the global economic integration trend is being strengthened constantly, the development between the countries all over the world is fiercer and fiercer in competition . in order to realize the fast development of the economy of our country, through enhanceing the economic restructuring and industrial structure optimizing, taking the first place in the economic restructuring of one new round of world ranges, it is an inevitable choice faced in economic development of our country under the new situation. There are much theories about industrial structure and its optimized both at home and abroad, but most of them majority to proceed from macroscopical respect , describe qualitatively .How to stress the support function of quantitative calculation in planning for the industrial structure , how to combine the theory with the real state of regional economy and industry, apply the theory and method to the real area, produce the concrete , scientific guidance function for the regional industrial structure adjustment and industrial structure optimization, this is the key content for the study of regional industrial structure optimization.The core of the text lies in the evaluating of the regional industrial structure level relatively and the choice of the leading industry. Frist, the text carrys on deep analysis on the industrial structure rationalization from the view of the relationship between industrial structure rationalization and market adaptive capacity , industry coordinate, rational utilization for operative factors, puts forward the Marginal analytic approach to evaluate the industrial structure rationalization. And then I study the influence to industrial structrue advancement from element supply, market demand and system environment, then explore the form of expression and mechanism of the industrial structure development .
