【摘要】 项目和项目管理在我国当前经济社会生活中同样是一个炙手可热的问题,项目管理是一个复杂的系统工程,组织、管理、经济、技术、法律、模式等诸多方面的问题,而建设项目管理的关键是管理模式构架合理。但是,项目管理理论在矿区建设项目中的应用还比较落后,还没有引起足够的重视,无论是在人才培养上,还是在对项目管理的认识上与其他行业相比都有很大差距。 本文就是以济北矿区建设为背景,以现代项目管理理论为基础,研究适合现代化矿区建设的项目管理模式。济北矿区建设项目管理系统是在国家有关部门监控下的涉及业主、设计单位、施工单位、监理单位、供货商等多方进行的项目管理活动。济北矿区项目管理组建了适合现代化矿区异地多处办矿的组织结构和管理模式,并对矿区项目管理要素进行了深入研究。同时,本文就建立了项目管理模式评价指标体系,并建立了多层次灰色评价模型,对济北矿区建设项目管理模式进行评价。该体系从项目管理模式的组织制度、人员配置、业主对项目控制的能力、咨询单位对项目管理的支持程度、项目过程控制上对项目管理模式进行评价,改变了以往只重视成果性指标的评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project and the project management are hot topics in our country’s current economic and social life. The project management is a complex system engineering including organization, management, economy, technology, law, pattern and many other aspects, but the key point of construction management is having a reasonable skeleton of management model. But the application of the project management theory is relatively backward in the mining area and it is not paid much attention to. Compared with other fields, it has a long way to go, regardless of the talented person cultivating, or understanding of the project management.The project management pattern suitable for modernized mining area construction is researched based on modern project management theory by taking Construction of Ji Bei mining area as a background. The construction management system in this mining area is multilateral project managing activity involving the owner, the designing department, the constructing department, the overseeing unit, supplying units; it is under the monitoring of concerned national departments. The organizational structure and the management pattern are set up to benefit modern mining area operating mines in different areas, also the essential factors of project management are fatherly studied. At the same time, the index system of project management pattern appraisal is formed, also the multi-level gray appraisal model is adopted to evaluate the project management pattern in the construction of the mining area. In this system, from the project management pattern’s organization system, the personnel, the owner’s ability to control the project, the support of consulting unit to the project management, the control of project process, the project management pattern is evaluated, which changes the former achievement-oriented appraisal method.更多还原
