锚固体应力分布的试验及数值模拟研究

【摘要】 锚固技术是岩土工程加固的一种重要手段。近年来,锚固技术以其独特的效应、简便的工艺、广泛的用途和经济的造价,在岩土加固领域中显示出越来越旺盛的生命力。目前不仅广泛应用于矿山工程,而且也推广应用于冶金、水利水电、铁路公路、土木建筑等工程之中,具有良好的前景。因此,研究锚固技术具有十分重要的意义。 本文在前人研究的基础上,主要进行了以下的研究工作: (1) 通过实验室试验,研究本试验条件下锚固系统的主要破坏形式,通过对锚杆受力后的P-S曲线及其锚杆沿其长度方向的应力分布情况的分析,研究在不同的荷载、灌浆材料、锚固长度下锚固体的变形机理及其锚杆沿长度方向的应力分布规律,揭示以上条件对应力分布及锚固力的影响; (2) 应用有限元分析软件(ANSYS),在弹性范围内,模拟随着荷载的增加,锚固体沿杆长的应力分布规律,以及在不同锚固长度、不同孔径、不同岩土体材料等条件下锚固体应力分布情况; (3) 结合室内试验发现的问题和数值模拟的结果,得出了若干有价值的结论。 岩土工程锚固理论是锚固技术应用与发展的重要组成部分,而锚固体的应力分布又是锚固理论的核心内容之一。所以,本课题的研究对发展岩土工程锚固技术、完善滞后于应用研究的锚固理论以及优化锚固设计等方面有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Anchorage technology is an important means of reinforcement in the geotechnical engineering. It has showed more and more hearty vitality in the area of reinforcement in the geotechnical engineering for its unique effect, simple and convenient technology, far-flung application and economical cost in recent years. At the present time, it has not only been used in the mine but in the areas of metallurgy, water conservancy and hydroelectric power, railway and highway, civil construction and so on and has good foreground of application. So, the research of anchorage technology has very important meaning.On the basis of a great number of studies performed by former researchers, the work finished in this paper focuses on several aspects of the following:(1) Through the laboratory test, the main failure form of the anchorage system is researched; By analyzing the loaded anchor rod’s P-S curve and its axial stress distribution, anchorage body’s deformation mechanism and its axial stress distribution rule are studied, so the influence of the above factors on stress distribution and anchoring force are revealed.(2) Analyzed by ANSYS within elastic scope, the anchorage body’s axial stress distribution and its stress distribution with different anchorage lengths, different apertures and different rock masses can be studied in the simulation with the increase of load.(3) Many valuable conclusions are drawn from the combination of questions discovered in indoor tests and simulation results.The geotechnical anchoring theory is an important part of anchoring technology and the stress distribution of anchorage body is one of the core contents of anchoring theory. Therefore, this research is vitally beneficial to the development of geotechnical anchoring technique, consummating the lag-behind-practice anchoring theory and optimizing anchor design.
