思想政治教育文化力

【摘要】 思想政治教育面临当前的困境和挑战,无论是出于学科建设的要求,还是其性质使然,抑或是促进文化繁荣和整个社会的进步,都要求思想政治教育效果的进一步提高,重新唤起思想政治教育往昔灿烂蓬勃的生机。思想政治教育文化力的提出正是追溯文化的发展轨迹,借鉴文化力的研究成果,并结合思想政治教育学科特点,来重新审视思想政治教育地位和作用,寻求增强思想政治教育效果方法的一个新的研究方向。文化力是指以物质生产形式和现实人的生产实践活动为基础,因人对自身创造性活动的意义反思而产生的,在文化的沉积与发展中表现出来的力。它是以“场力”的形式来发挥作用的。思想政治教育文化力是文化力诸力中的一个因子,并引领着整个文化力作用的发挥,是文化力的核心。思想政治教育文化力是指思想政治教育本身立足文化的整合和发展,引导和激发人们对生活意义的追问与反思,并最大限度地发挥文化力作用的一种精神形态之力。它是在“力”的源泉、“力”的转化和释放以及“力”的整合中被显现出来的。思想政治教育文化力发挥作用的区域是整个社会文化,所以它要依托文化的独特性和相对独立性来实现。思想政治教育文化力还要引导人们挖掘“意义”和回归人本身从而形成统一向上的社会心理和科学的价值观与信仰,并最终达到对人主体性人格的模塑。思想政治教育文化力自人类进入阶级社会以来就始终存在着,并一直在发挥作用,只是不同历史时期其作用力的大小有别而已。中国共产党的成立、马克思主义“新文化”在中国的传播以及广泛开展对无产阶级和广大人民群众的思想政治教育,从而使思想政治教育文化力开始真正闪耀出夺目的光芒。然而,由于文化变革引起社会的动荡、思想政治教育本身的曲折发展、改革开放后多元文化与信息技术的推波助澜,思想政治教育文化力的充分释放必然性地被提上日程。思想政治教育文化力既然依赖文化的特殊性就要求加强对文化环境和文化资源的整合,最大限度地调动文化力的“兴奋度”,把思想政治教育文化力的发挥融会于先进文化建设的洪流之中。思想政治教育本身坚持科学的发展观也是思想政治教育文化力充分释放的一个重要方面。另外,思想政治教育文化力的充分释放还要通过对价值观和信仰的重新确立来强化。最终的结果,不仅要扭转和矫正人们对思想政治教育的偏颇和成见,增强思想政治教育的效果,而且还要推动社会文化的繁荣与整个社会的进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently ideological and political education encounters predicament andchallenge .Its effects require to be further improved to restore its former liveliness andprosperity out of discipline construction, or out of its nature, or even out of its culturaland social function .By tracing the orbit of cultural development, drawing lessonsfrom studies of cultural strength, and combing the features of ideological and politicaleducation, the proposal of cultural strength of ideological and political education is toevaluate its status and functions again, and to seek a new research direction whichwill strengthen its effect.On the basis of material production form and actual people’s production practices,cultural strength is a power resulting from reviewing the significance of man’screative activity, and showing in cultural deposit and development. It functions in theform of “Field Strength”. The cultural strength of ideological and political educationis the one factor among all the cultural strengths. As a core of cultural strengths, itplays a leading role in the performance of the whole cultural strengths. This strengthis the merger and development of both ideological and political education and culture.It serves as a guide to inspire people to question the meaning of life. It is also aspiritual form of a strength, which will play the role of cultural strength to itsmaximum extent. The cultural strength of ideological and political education isdisplayed in its source, in its transformation and release, and in the merger of strength.Since the area where the cultural strength of ideological and political educationfunctions is the whole social culture, the strength is realized in the uniqueness andrelative independence of culture. The cultural strength of ideological and politicaleducation leads people to fathom “the meaning”and to be man himself, which willform a unified and lofty social psychology and scientific values and faith. Hence, themould of man’s active personality will finally be gained. The strength has beenexisting since human being entered hierarchical society. Though its function varies indifferent historical periods, this strength keeps working all the time. The foundation ofCPC, the spreading of Marxism in China, and the widely launched campaign ofideological and political education for the proletariat and the mass enable the culturalstrength of ideological and political education firstly glittered with brilliant rays.Because of the social turbulence caused by the Cultural Revolution, however, the更多还原
