山东省青少年足球后备人才培养现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】 足球后备人才培养在我国足球运动发展中处于十分重要的战略地位。因为足球后备人才是我国足球运动未来的生力军,是提高我国足球运动水平和实力的实践者。综观世界各国体育的发展,体育强国之所以长盛不衰,其中共同的一点就是极为重视青少年体育后备人才的培养。目前我国尚未根据青少年足球运动员的成长规律、青少年足球训练规律和竞技水平发展的一般规律建立起比较完善的,适合我国国情的青少年运动员训练、竞赛体系。山东省是我国足球运动开展比较好的省份,为我国足球运动发展做出了重要的贡献。随着我国足球职业化改革的推行,我省足球后备人才培养体系正经历着由单一向多元,由封闭向开放的转变,这种转变并不是对“传统”的彻底否定,而是足球后备人才培养系统中内部构成因素比例的重新调整,各种形式的相互融合发展壮大。从这个意义上讲,现阶段山东乃至中国青少年足球后备人才培养模式仍处于探索调整时期,还有许多需要改进的方面。目前对山东省足球后备人才培养方面的研究还是空白,尚未在文献中见到。因此加强对山东省足球后备人才培养的研究,对山东省足球运动的可持续发展有重要的意义。本文对山东省足球后备人才培养现状进行了较为全面的调查,并提出了相应的对策,希望能为足球后备人才队伍的培养建设提供参考。本文的研究对象为参加2004 年山东省青少年足球锦标赛U-13、U-15 比赛,山东省传统项目学校比赛(高中),全国中学生山东选拔赛的济南、青岛、潍坊、淄博、枣庄、烟台和威海等地部分教练员、管理人员和运动员,以及上述地区部分青少年足球后备人才培养单位的相关人员。采用文献资料、专家访问、问卷调查、比较研究和数理统计五种方法,从山东省青少年足球后备人才的培养现状入手,进行了较为全面的调查和分析,得出以下结论: 1 目前足校与业余俱乐部等办训单位的培养目标、训练方式和功能都极为相似,真正以培养孩子对足球的兴趣和强身健体为目的的训练单位数量有限,力量较弱,我省足球后备人才培养还缺少一个较大的普及层面。2 我省青少年足球后备人才训练过程中科学化程度不高,存在着后备人才选拔科学化水平低,受竞赛导向性影响较大;训练中执行大纲和计划不坚决,训练短期化行为以及训练设施器材配备不完善等因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of the football reserve talents is placed in very important strategic position in Chinese football development. Because they are the new force to the future of Chinese football. Making a comprehensive survey of the development of sports in the world, we can conclude that the reason why sports powers never decline is that they extremely value teenagers’sports development of the reserve talents. Currently our country hasn’t set up the perfect teenagers training, competing systems which are suitable for China’s actual conditions according to the teenagers growing regulation, teenagers football training regulation and the general regulation of competing level development. Shandong is a better province in football developing and made important contribution to the Chinese football development. Along with the professional reform in football, the training system of the football reverses in Shandong is experiencing a simple-to-multiple, close-to-open transition. This transition doesn’t mean denying the tradition completely, but a readjustment of the elements in the system. In this sense, the pattern of the talent developing is still in a budding and changing period needing many improvements. And now there is no research on the developing of the football reserves, so strengthening the research of training the reserve talents in Shandong has much significance to the football continual development in the province. This essay studies the current situation of development of the football reserves in Shandong Province and puts forward some solutions which maybe provide some suggestions for the construction of the football reserves teams. This essay investigates the related leadership of the foster units, coach members and parts of different age of the football players from Jinan ,Qingdao , Weifang, Zibo , Yantai etc, which have better football basis in Shandong Province. Adopting five kinds of methods of literature data, expert interview, questionnaire, comparison research and mathematic statistics, from the present condition of teenager’s football of Shandong spare talented person development , the essay carries on more overall inquisition and analyzing, and gets a conclusion: 1 The developing purpose, the training ways and functions are almost the same between the football schools and the amateur clubs. There are few units whose purposes are to develop the children’s interests in football. The developing of the football reserves in our province needs more improvements. 2 The scientific level of the selection process of reserve talents is not high, and the choosing index is simple.
