数控仿真三维建模与系统实现

【摘要】 数控机床在制造业中占据着重要地位,数控人才的培养也越来越重要。研究开发一套应用于数控教学培训的仿真系统,具有很好的现实意义。 本文以数控车床和立式加工中心为仿真对象,首先分析了数控仿真系统的功能模型及总体结构,然后对三维仿真模块、NC代码解析模块、串口通信模块、数据库模块、网络通讯模块进行了研究。论文重点探讨了系统的三维建模及其实现技术,具体包括:根据CSG建模思想,采用层次化、结构化的建模方法构建机床本体(包括刀具)模型;采用粒子系统的建模思想,对冷却液模拟仿真,解决了不易描述的不规则物体的物理动画仿真;采用基于三角网格的离散方法,解决了毛坯的变形动画仿真问题,实现车削、铣削加工仿真(包括车削中螺纹加工和铣削中多种刀具加工)。 加工仿真测试表明:系统具有较好的实时性、交互性以及三维图形显示能力,能够有效地验证程序的正确性,较好地满足了数控人才培训的要求。

【Abstract】 The NC machine tool is widely used in today’s manufacturing industry, and the training of NC operators is very important. So NC simulation system that is applied to the domain of NC training is worthy of researching.According to the NC lathe and the vertical machining center, the function model and general structure of the NC simulation system are introduced. The research content of this paper involves five modules, i.e. the 3D simulation module, the explanation module of NC code, the serial-port communication module, database module and the network communication module. The system’s 3D simulation module which is the emphasis of the paper comprises three 3D modeling methods. Firstly, on the basis of the idea of CSG (Constructive Solid Geometry) modeling method, the hierarchical structural modeling method has been adopted to construct machine (including tool) model. Secondly, the particle system modeling method has been used to describe the physical animation simulation of irregular objects, such as cooling fluid. Finally, the discretization of triangle mesh based on the object space has been used in the dynamic simulation of machining process, which effectively solves the anamorphic animation of the model, and realizes the process simulation of turning and 3-axis milling, especially deals with the screw thread modeling and several milling tools machining.The simulation results of machining process show that the system put forward in this paper has better real-time capability, interaction and visualization of 3D graphics, and is able to verify the correctness of NC code effectively, and satisfy the requirement of NC training
