BAF+厌氧污泥组合工艺焦化废水脱氮

【摘要】 目前,在焦化废水处理中,活性污泥法一直处于主导地位,但随着新型滤料的开发,生物膜技术得以迅速发展。试验采用BAF+厌氧污泥组合工艺的处理焦化废水,从曝气量、温度、pH及进水氨氮浓度等方面研究该工艺的脱氮性能。 用PYC强化挂膜滤料作为填料,维持曝气量为0.20L/min,25℃对BAF挂膜试验,发现PYC强化挂膜滤料易于挂膜。用硝化污泥闷曝5天后,正常运行10天后,挂膜成功;用焦化废水驯化13天后,去除率一直维持之98%以上。在BAF的挂膜驯化初期出现了亚硝酸盐的积累,随着时间推移亚硝酸盐在硝化产物中的优势逐渐减弱。 BAF的在曝气量大于0.25L/min,温度在20~35℃,pH在6.5~9.0的都有较高的硝化速率;反冲洗对BAF中亚硝酸盐积累的影响最大,从亚硝酸盐积累及硝化反应速率综合考虑,BAF的运行参数:曝气量0.25L/min,温度T=20℃,pH=8.0,停留时间<7.4h,反冲洗周期为23h。同时发现在BAF中出现了亚硝化反硝化现象,对TN的去除率不高,最高只有45.78%,且受反冲洗的影响较大。 对厌氧反硝化污泥试验中在pH在6.5~9.5间反硝化速率变化不大,在维持污泥浓度MLSS=5000mg/l、C/N>4、温度T=30℃、pH=8.0,停留时间HRT<2h,出水NO_x~-_N<2mg/L。

【Abstract】 At present, actived sludge takes an dominant part in the dealing with the coke-plant wastewater .but along with the exploitation of new type filling , technology of biofilm is developing rapidly.In this paper we use conbined BAF and anaerobic sludge system to deal with the coke-plant wastewater.we research the capability of bio-denification from aeration flow , temperature, pH, concentration of NH3-N and so on.We use PYC as the filling to hang Biomembrance.In this process,we maintain the aeration flow in 0.20L/min and the temperature in 25°C.We find that the PYC filling is easy to hang Biomembrance.After using notrifier sludge to aerate 5d and running 10d,hanging biomembrance is successful.After using coke-plant wastewater to domesticate 13 d,the removal of NH3-N in coke-plant wastewater maintain above 98%.In the beginning of the hanging biomembrance and domestication,we find obvious NO2" accumulation.But the predominance of NO2- is weakening with the time.In the research, we find that the BAF has high nitrified rate in the aeration flow above 0.25L/min and the temperature from 20℃ to 35℃ and pH from 6.0 to 9.0.Back wash takes an most importance part in the NO2- accumulation. Connecting with the NO2-accumulation and nitrified effluent , the run parameter is that the aeration flow is0.25L/min and T=20℃ and pH=8.0 and HRT<7.4h and the back wash cycle is 23h. At the same time, we find the shortcut nitrification-denitrification and the highest removal rate of TN is 45.78%. It’s affected by back wash.Researching on the anaerobic sludge, the denitrified rate changes little with the pH from 6.5 to 9.0.The NOX--N in the outlet water under 2mg/L in the condition with MLSS-5000mg/l and C/N>4 and T=30℃ and pH=8.0 and HRT<2h.
