磁性材料几何尺寸自动图像测量系统的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了用于工业现场对磁性材料几何尺寸自动检测的图像测量技术,以及与该技术应用相关的基本原理和方法,并对组成磁材尺寸自动测量系统的硬件和软件进行了研究。 根据测试系统的性能要求和待测参数的指标,我们将CCD作为图像传感器,结合成像镜头、图像采集卡等组成图像采集部分,采用PCI-1761I/O控制卡、空压机、电磁阀等构成机电自动控制部分,从而组成自动图像测量系统的硬件部分。软件部分包括图像采集和处理、磁材几何参数测量两大模块算法。其中图像处理部分根据实际的拍摄图特点将数字图像处理技术应用于本课题;几何参数测量方面则以侧面为圆弧的瓦状和截面为圆环状的两种典型磁材作为示例,给出了几何参数测量的理论和实现方法。软件部分以Visual C++作为平台编制了实用程序。进而在搭建了的试验装置上对硬件部分实际工作过程进行了试验研究,得出了初步的结果;同时通过实际标定的方法给出软件的初步测试结果。 利用图像测量技术对磁性材料的几何尺寸进行测量可以解决传统的人工检测速度慢和易带来人为误差的问题,并能实现磁材的快速、准确、自动检测,为提高测试效率奠定了基础。本文的研究结果可为图像测量技术的推广和应用研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 The article studied to make Image measuring technology use of automatical measurement of magnetic materials dimension in factories and basic principles and methods of this technology application, We set up automatical measuring system of magnetic materials dimension and studied the hardware part and the soft part of this system.According to the requirements and targets of measurement system, We took CCD as image sensor, combining lens, image collection card, PCI-1761I/O, air compressed machine etc to constitute the hardware of whole Image measuring system. The software included two module parts, which is digital image collection and processing and measurement of magnetic materials dimension parameters. Image collection and processing part used image processing technology in this item according to characters of image collected. Measurement of parameters part took two kinds of material that the cross section is cirque and the profile is arcograph as example and introduced theory and implement of measurement. The program was debugged successly based on Visual C++. We built a test equipment to study the hardware part performance and got primary results. Simultaneously, the software part was given accidence test result through a fixed scale way.That magnetic materials dimension was measured through image measuring technology not only could solve problem brought about the traditional checking that checking speed is slow and is influenced by the checking person easily, but could achieve automatical measurement quickly and exactly. So it made some foundations for improveing production efficiency. The results we studied gave some reference for applications and popularize of image measuring technology.
