提高延期装置时间精度关键问题的试验研究

【摘要】 本论文主要对延期药的选择和制备、延期体的装药方式、导爆管雷管的延期药点火等几个影响延期时间精度的关键问题进行了实验研究。内容如下: 本文选择了钼系延期药作为研究对象。采用手工混制和降温析出两种方法制备了钼系延期药,并从理论上阐述了降温析出异核结晶的原理。通过对燃烧时间的测试和热分析实验证明,对于钼系延期药采用降温析出法制备的延期药混合均匀性和燃烧稳定性有明显的提高,延时精度好。 针对硅系延期药采用直填直压式和延期索式两种装药结构进行了实验研究。发现了本实验所制备硅系延期药在直填直压装药方式下,压药的压力对延期精度存在较大影响,结果表明在100MPa左右压药压力下延期精度最好。对延期索式结构,考察了制备的延期索在前中后不同部位对延期时间精度的影响,试验表明拉拔的同一根延期索的两端与中间位置相比延期时间精度明显偏低;并发现在中间段延期索的延期时间与延期索的切长基本上成正比,延期时间随延期索的切长的增加线性增长。经过对比两种结构的延期装置的延期时间精度,表明延期索式结构比简单的直填直压式结构的延期时间精度要好。 本文对导爆管点燃延期药的能力进行了理论和实验研究。主要考察了导爆管的消爆方式对点燃延期药和延期精度的影响。结果表明,用导爆管点燃本实验所用的硅系和钼系延期药不存在点火能量不足的问题。在消爆方式的选择上用气室消爆和在气室两侧打孔两种方式均可以实行,而且消爆效果明显,比较没有消爆的结构,有消爆结构的延期装置延期时间的极差和标准差都有所降低,并且存在最佳消爆方式。

【Abstract】 The effect of improving the delay precision of the delay device was researched mainly as follows: the prescription and the preparation of the delay composition, the filling mode of delay element, the ignition of nonel tube and so on.The molybdenum delay composition was prepared by two methods -heteronuclear crystalline by decreased the liquid temperature or on common, and the mechanism of heteronuclear crystalline was discussed. Through the burning test and thermal analysis, it was shown that the uniformity and burning stabilization of composition improved which mixed by the fomer method.The filling structure of silicon delay composition was studied by two ways: filling and pressure pressing in directly and the delay cord. It was shown that under directly filling mode, the effect of press to delay was higher, and the delay precision was best when the press pressure was 100MPa. As to the same delay cord , the effect of differed delay cord part to delay precision was studied, the results shown the delay precision of the ends of delay cord was lower than the middle part, and the relationship between delay time and length of delay cord was direct ratio in the middle part. It is also showed that the delay cord element has better delay precision.The theory analysis and experiment research of capability ignition by the nonel tube was studied, the main work was effect of way of decrease explode to ignition of delay precision and delay precision. It was shown that the ignition energy was enough when used nonel tube to ignited silicon and molybdenum delay composition during experiment, it was tested the series of detonation elimination experiments both in whole chamber and the chamber with holes on the sides, it was found that both ways are feasible, and the precision of delay time was better when having the detonation elimination, and having the best chamber.
