生物质成型燃料热风采暖炉的设计与试验

【摘要】 能量的巨大消耗,化石能源的日益减少,寻找可再生能源被提到了一定的日程。对生物质成型燃料的开发给农村丰富的秸秆资源找到了一条经济可行之路,而它的推广利用带动了农村的其他产业,期中农村取暖问题也得到关注。 华北农村广大地区是平原,每年有大量的秸秆剩余,因无合理利用造成资源浪费。与此同时,农村的取暖设施比较落后,而城镇丰富的采暖设施却不适合在农村使用。根据农村建筑的特点,本文提出来用生物质压缩成型块作为取暖燃料,设计出适合生物质成型燃料燃烧的小型热风采暖炉。 以生物质成型燃料的燃烧特性及热力特性参数为依据,计算出房间热负荷、炉膛型式与容积大小、炉排面积、对流换热面和辐射换热面等参数。根据加工工艺制造出生物质成型燃料热风采暖炉,并对该炉进行热性能试验和供暖效果试验: 1.由于散热损失较大,在正反热平衡试验中热效率为55.85%,但此热风炉是在室内放置,散失的热量被有效利用,所以其供暖效率可达到80.86%,完全达到设计要求; 2.通过布点与平均取值的方法,测定炉膛内温度一般在650℃,说明炉膛结构设计合理; 3.通过室内采暖试验,热风温度达到100℃,在一段时间内室内温度能达到18℃,满足室内温度需要; 4.采用开放式的散热器,避免了局部散热和高速热风,在一定程度上弥补了热风采暖的缺陷; 5.用KM9106燃烧气体分析仪测定烟气含量,SO2、NOx浓度可忽略不计,CO浓度达到国家环保指标,
【Abstract】 With the huge consumption of energy, the fossil energy reducing day by day, seeking the renewable energy is mentioned to the certain program. To develop the biomass briquette fuel, it is economical and feasible road way to the countryside rich straw resources. And its implementation impetus other industries’ development in the countryside. Simultaneously the countryside heating is also absorbed the attention.In North China the countryside general areas are the plains and the massive straw is surplus every year. So it results in the huge waste without being used reasonably. At the same time, the countryside heating is out date, though the cities heating facility is rich, they actually are not fit for the countryside. According to instruction characteristic in the countryside, this paper designs hot blast stove as heating equipment. Especially the stove chooses the biomass briquette as the fuel.According to the combustion characteristic of biomass briquette and the thermal energy characteristic parameter, the paper calculates and designs the heating load of the room, the chamber pattern and the volume size, the grate area, the convection exchange parameter to the fire surface and the radiation exchange parameter and so on. After that manufacture the hot blast stove of biomass briquette fuel. According to the processes of the craft manufacture, then making the thermal properties experiment to this hot blast stove and the heating experiment to the whole system. By the experiments the paper gets the conclusions as following:1. Because the radiation loss is bigger, in the pro and con thermal equilibrium experiment the thermal efficiency is 55.85%, but this hot-blast stove is in the room , so the quantity of radiation loss in the room is effectively used, therefore its heating efficiency may achieve 80.86%, the indexes of stove completely meets the design requirements2. Through the stationing and the average calculating method, measuring the chamber’s temperature, it is 650℃, so chamber’s structural design is generally reasonable;3. Through the heating experiment in the room, the hot-blast temperatureachieved 100℃ , during the certain time the indoor temperature can achieve 18 ℃, meeting the needs of indoor heating ;4. The open style radiator has avoided the partial radiation and the hot blast inhigh speed .To a certain extent it has made up the flaws which the hot blast heating exits.5. With the KM9106 combustion gas analyzer determination haze content, SO2 and NOx density are little and possible to ignore, the CO density achieves the national environmental protection target.
