【摘要】 作为一种新的社会发展观的体现,可持续发展战略是在当代人类社会发展陷入重重困境,特别是面临严重生态危机的情况下,为了走出困境、摆脱危机而提出的对策,是人类做出的明智抉择。但在可持续发展战略实施的过程中,我们仍然遇到了很多的困难和问题。之所以会产生这些问题,是因为可持续发展战略缺乏一种坚实的、合理的生态伦理基础。为确保可持续发展战略的顺利实施,有必要对其生态伦理基础作深入研究。 以往人们试图从自然中心主义和传统人类中心主义这两种视角来审视可持续发展。自然中心主义和传统人类中心主义虽对当代生态环境危机进行过一些道德思考,对生态环境保护运动起到了积极作用,但都有其自身的不合理性和局限性存在。以人类整体利益或共同利益为价值取向的现代人类中心主义与可持续发展思想紧密相关,既吸收了非人类中心主义思想的合理因素,又不同传统类中心主义思想,作为可持续发展的生态伦理基础,对可持续发展有重要的理论启示和实践指导意义。 现代人类中心主义是在传统人类中心主义思想基础上形成的,其本身内涵十分丰富,可以从自然、社会、历史、思维,特别是哲学价值论等多种角度加以阐释。作为可持续发展的生态伦理基础,现代人类中心主义不仅在理论上超越了传统的生态伦理观念,标志着人类生态伦理观念的一大进步,丰富和深化了人们对可持续发展的认识,同时也为可持续发展的实践提供了许多新的启示:政府的决策行为在解决生态环境问题上起着举足轻重的作用;企业在现代生活中扮演着重要的角色,其行为对生态环境有着重大的影响;贯彻以人类的整体利益和长远利益为出发点的现代人类中心主义,最终得化为每个公民的实践行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of new social developing idea, sustainable development is a countermeasure and sensible choice aimed to break away from deadlock and crisis in the condition of serious biological crisis and the deadlock of the present development of human society. But in the process of implementation of sustainable development strategy, we still encounter many problems. The reason for it is that it lacks a kind of solid and reasonable biological ethic foundation. Therefore, to ensure the successful implementation of sustainable strategy , it is necessary to make a deep research to the biological ethics foundation. In the past, we try to examine sustainable development closely from such two view angles as naturalism and traditional humanism. Although naturalism and traditional humanism make some moral thoughts to the present biological crisis of environment and have positive effect at a certain degree, it still exists some irrationality and limitation. Taken the whole interests and mutual benefits of human being as value assessment, modern humanism has close relation with the theory of sustainable development which absorb the reasonable factor of non-humanism and also different from traditional humanism, as biological ethical foundation of sustainable development, it has an important theory enlightenment and directive significance of practice for the development of sustainable strategy. Modern humanism which was developed on the basis of traditional humanism has plentiful contents and can be understood from many point of view such as nature, society, history, thought, especially from the angle of philosophy value. As the biological ethical foundation of sustainable development, it not only surpasses the traditional biological ethical idea but also indicates one of a large progress of biological ethical idea which deepen the understanding of sustainable development and meanwhile provide many new enlightenments for sustainable developing practice, for instance, policy decisions of government have an very important function about the settlement of the biological problems; enterprises play a key role in our modern life whose action have an important influence on biological environment.
