【摘要】 农业是国民经济的基础,农业的可持续发展是整个社会经济能否持续发展的关键所在。要实现农业的可持续发展,就必须从根本上转变农业生产方式,建立以资源高效利用和生态环境保护为基础的农业生产体系。因此,寻求适合本国国情的农业发展模式就成了各国政府和学术界关注的焦点问题,这也是本文要探求的基点。 在实现我国农业可持续发展的路径选择上,生态农业日益显示出强大的生命力和光明的发展前景。因此,本文提出生态农业是实现我国农业可持续发展的必然选择。本文以理论与实践统一为指针和思维导向,运用科技哲学、农业生态学和生态经济学等有关学科的知识和方法,着重阐述中国生态农业的内涵、基本原理、特点和取得的效益,论证中国生态农业与农业可持续发展的辩证关系,阐明二者的内在统一性和相互影响、相互作用;最后,在农业可持续发展思想的理论指导下,联系实际,从思想层面、政策层面、技术层面以及信息层面上提出了中国生态农业发展的对策建议,以推进我国农业可持续发展。本文通过分析研究后得出以下结论: 生态农业和农业可持续发展思想的产生在一定程度上是对传统人与自然观、农业观以及现代农业负面效应反思的结果。中国生态农业是对西方生态农业和中国传统有机农业的扬弃,具有自身的一些突出特点。生态农业与农业可持续发展具有内在统一性:二者的哲学基础、基本内涵、基本目标、指导思想和技术支撑体系一致。生态农业与农业可持续发展相互影响、相互作用。其中,农业可持续发展观是生态农业深入发展的思想基础,也是生态农业发展的目标和方向;而中国生态农业是实现农业可持续发展战略的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is a foundation of the national economy; the agriculture sustainable development is the key whether the whole economy could be developed continuously. To realize the agriculture sustainable development, we must change the traditional agriculture production way, establish modes based on utilizing resources high-efficiently and protecting ecological environment. Therefore, searching for new patterns of agriculture development suitable for the national conditions becomes the focus question that government and academia of various countries concerned, which is also the problem to be discussed and solved in this thesis.On the choice of the way to realize agriculture sustainable development in our country, ecology agriculture demonstrates the formidable vitality and bright prospects day by day. So the thesis proposes that ecology agriculture is the necessary choice to realize agriculture sustainable development of our country. This text takes theory and practice unification as the guiding ideology, uses the knowledge and method of scientific and technological philosophy, agro ecology and iconology, etc. has elaborated the connotation, basic theory and principle, characteristics and benefits of Chinese ecological agriculture emphatically, proved the dialectical relations between Chinese ecological agriculture and agriculture sustainable development, expounded the intrinsic unity and interaction; Finally, under the guidance of theory of agriculture sustainable development strategy, integrate with practice, put forward some suggestions from thought aspect, policy aspect, technological aspect and information aspect to develop Chinese ecological agriculture and impel the agriculture of our country sustainable development. This text draws the following conclusions:To a certain extent, the agriculture sustainable development theory and ecological agriculture are the results of reviewing of traditional man and natural view, agriculture view and modern agriculture negative effects. Chinese ecological agriculture developing the useful and discard the useless of the western ecological agriculture and traditional organic agriculture of China, it has some one’s own outstanding characteristics. Ecological agriculture and agriculture sustainable development have the intrinsic unity: The philosophical foundation, basic connotation, basic goal, guiding ideology and supporting technology are consistent. Ecological agriculture and agriculture sustainable development influence each other. On one hand, agriculture sustainable development view is not only the thought assurance but also the goal and direction of ecological agriculture development; On the other hand, Chinese ecological agriculture is a useful way to realize agriculture sustainable development strategy.更多还原
