【摘要】 资本结构是指企业各种融资工具或不同融资来源的种类及其比例关系。对于资本结构的研究不仅仅是企业财务决策中的一个重要问题,也是公司治理的关键所在。经过长期的理论探讨,西方的资本结构理论已经相对完善,而我国的资本结构研究还处于起步阶段。 那么,我国企业的资本结构决策主要受哪些因素影响?影响程度如何?本文就针对资本结构的影响因素,以我国上市公司为研究对象,对其资本结构影响因素进行了系统的研究。现将本文内容简要归纳如下: 全文共分为四部分: 第一部介绍了国内外关于资本结构影响因素的研究现状及研究内容、研究方法、本文的突破点和局限。 第二部分研究行业因素对我国上市公司资本结构影响。得出结论行业因素对我国上市公司资本结构有着非常显著的影响。 第三部分根据上一章的分析结果,选取资本结构差异较大的两个行业信息技术业上市公司和社会服务业上市公司进行对比分析,分析其他影响因素对不同行业的上市公司影响程度如何?得出不同行业的资本结构影响因素存在差异,相同影响因素的影响程度也存在差异的结论。 第四部分总结本文的实证研究结论并从资本结构影响因素的角度,针对优化我国上市公司的资本结构提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Capital structure refers to enterprise’s various kinds of financing tool or different financing kind and his proportionate relationship of source. The research on the structure of the capital is not merely an important problem in enterprise’s financial affairs decision-making, it is the key point that the company manages too. Through the theory discussion for a long time, the western capital structure theory has been already relatively perfect, and the capital structure in China is studied at the starting stage.Then, which factors do influence mainly the capital structure of enterprises in China? make policy? How is influence degree? This thesis direct capital influence factor of structure against, regard listed company of our country as the research object, have carried on systematic research to its capital structure influence factor. Sum up the content of this text briefly as follows now:The full text is divided into four parts altogether:First part includes the research current situation and break-through point and limitation of research contents, research approach, this thesis about the structure influence factor of the capital both at home and abroad.Second part includes the influences the capital structure of listed company in China to study the trade factor. Drawing the factor of conclusion trade will have very remarkable influence on capital structure of listed company of China.The third part, according to having the analysis result of first chapter and choose capital two trade information technology industries that structure differ greatly listed company and social listed company of service trade compare with analysis, how is the influence degree of listed company of the ones that analyses other influence factors to different trades? The capital structure influence factor of drawing different trades of the conclusion has difference, the influence degree of the same influence factor has a difference too.The last part, the thesis puts forward the suggestions to optimizing the structure of capital of the listed company of China in terms of structure influence factor of the capital in the positive research conclusion.更多还原
