【摘要】 “东北网调培训考试题库系统”是以电力系统相关理论知识为基础,结合东北电网实际情况及调度运行经验设计开发的一个实际应用系统。随着电网规模日益扩大,调度模式不断更新,电网调度业务涉及的范围和内容也不断扩大,如何提高运行值班人员工作的质量、效率以及扩大知识面显得尤为重要。本题库系统给调度员的日常培训和学习提供方便手段,实现了培训考试的科学化、规范化,提高了调度员的整体素质和技术。该项目有较高的实用价值和可靠性,并已经通过东北电网有限公司专家组的鉴定,现已投入实际使用,大大地提高了调度员培训的质量和效率,得到了用户的广泛好评。 本文对东北网调调度员自行开发的“东北网调培训考试题库”系统所具有的检索迅速、出题科学、判卷方便、运行可靠、存储量大、体积小等功能和结构特点进行了介绍。并阐述了该系统将以其自身特点,不断提高电网运行值班人员岗位培训的智能化、信息化、标准化进程的观点。论文中结合实际应用,详尽的论述了系统需求分析,系统设计原则以及系统设计的全过程.开发系统全过程严格按照软件设计规范,该系统功能完善,用户界面友好。题库系统包括培训考试、命题出卷、成绩管理、题库管理、典型方案、系统维护等模块。可以针对多种电网实际情况进行灵活的命题、选题、分析试卷等,具有很好的实用性、较强通用性和可扩充性。该题库系统开发应用了基于面向对象技术,实现了网络题库系统,本系统的开发主要采用了VB6.0作为前台应用程序开发工具,以sQL server2000作为后台数据库,是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem bank system of the training and examinations for the electric power network dispatchers bases on power system theory. According as the fact of Northeast electric power and operation experiences we devise the practicality system.Along with development of the electric power network and the renewal of diapatching mode ,the range and content of the electric power network dispatchers are enlarged continuously too.It is very important how to improve quality and efficiency of work.This problem bank system gives dispatcher ways of daily training and study.It carries out scientific and canonical training.It increase the diaspatcher’s diathesis and technique. The system has practicability and dependability.And it has already passed the appraisal of the Northeast Grid Ltd.Now it is used very well.It consumedly increased the quality and efficiency of the dispatchers’ training.It receives reputably.With the feature of its searching rapidly, standard setting questions, convenience of grading examination papers, reliability, big memories, well keeping secrets, long lifespan, small volume, the system will continuously speed up the process which will make the training of person on duty of the electrified wire netting more intelligent, information and standard. Combining practice this thesis discusses the analysis of demand,the principle of the system devise and the all process of the system devise.This devise of system is reasonable.The function is perfect.The interface of users is friendly. This bank system includes six kinds of functional modules,such as training and examination,making papers,management of result, management of system bank,typical project, maintenance of system. The system can neatly make paper,select questions and analyze papers in allusion to the fact of the electric power network.The development of this system makes use of OOP.It is a network problem bank system.This development uses VB language to make front-end program and SQL Server is base-end database.
