沈阳电网调度自动化SCADA系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 电力调度SCADA系统,是以计算机为基础的调度自动化系统,它可以对现场的运行设备进行监视和控制。它对实现电力调度自动化与现代化,提高调度的效率和水平等方面有着不可替代的作用。近年来,国内外配电自动化技术发展很快,其内容涉及配电和用电领域的各个方面。其中,配电自动化中的SCADA系统成为近年来的研究热点。本文就配电SCADA系统中SCADA系统的软件设计问题进行了研究。 以微机为主构成,以完成常规“四遥”功能为目标的监视控制和数据采集系统,简称为微机远动,即SCADA系统(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System)。除此之外,它还具有数据处理功能,可与其它系统联网,还可以提供操作人员在线培训、防误操作及辅助决策等功能。 近年来,电力工业快速发展对自动化系统带来了一些新问题:特别是通过变电站无人值班建设,误发信息出现频繁,给正常运行监控带来很大麻烦;无人值守电网的调度,需要强大的告警功能;无人值守变电站新的管理模式,也对调度自动化SCADA系统功能提出了新的要求。本文以沈阳供电公司调度中心SCADA系统软件设计为研究背景,介绍了该系统在数据采集和数据处理方面的内容。 现场试运行情况表明,沈阳供电公司调度中心SCADA系统软件主站通讯稳定、实时数据传送正确、历史及统计数据完整,服务器端各项功能完备。经测试,系统的各项指标均达到或超过《地区电网数据采集与监控系统通用技术条件》的要求。

【Abstract】 SCADA is a computer-based dispatch automation system for modern powersystem, which can supervise and control field equipments by acquiring data.Automation and modernization of power system dispatching can be realizedusing SCADA system, which can also improve the performing efficiency ofdispatching tremendously. Recently, Distribution Automation System (DAS) has been developed very rapidly in home and abroad, and it has been widely used in the fields of distribution system and electrical system. Among them, distribution SCADA system has been one of hot research topics in recent years. A detailed analysis on software designing of substation SCADA system has been given in this thesis.A system which is mainly made of computer and in a bid to implement ordinary four remote control functions is called Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (hereinafter called SCADA). Otherwise, it can also accomplish many other functions , such as data processing and management, linking to other systems, providing online training for operators, preventing error operation and auxiliary decision-making etc.In recent years, some new challenging problems have come forth in automation systems with the fast development of electric power industry. Firstly, to build transformer substation with no-operator, which often causes abnormal or even wrong data. Secondly, alarming module should be well strengthened in no-operator dispatching. Thirdly, new managing mechanism in no-operator transformer substation has brought new challenging requirements to the functions of SCADA system. With the background of the research and design of SCADA in Shenyang Power Supply dispatching center, this thesis focuses on the data acquisition and processing in that system.The practice shows that the SCADA system designed by us has a higher reliability, advanced real time and accurate data transfer. At present, the SCADA system is going smoothly, and all kinds of performance targets are also meet with Region Electricity-Net Data Precessing and Supervision Technology Requirments.
