虚拟企业中的知识转移问题研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业是在新的全球经济竞争形式下,随着信息技术的迅速发展而逐渐演化形成的一种新的组织模式,能够使决策者抓住瞬息万变的市场机会。虚拟企业是不同组织的联盟体,它们之间的交互形成了这种联盟关系,以往研究总是关注于虚拟企业各成员间信息的流动,而不是知识的流动。知识流在本质上揭示了知识概念的实质,虚拟企业合作各方之间的交互体现了一种“知识”的流动。借助于知识管理方法对虚拟企业中流动的知识进行有效管理,从而达到对虚拟企业各成员的合作过程进行控制,无疑是一种积极有益的尝试。本文澄清了虚拟企业的内涵并对知识转移现有工作进展进行了评述,分析了虚拟企业的知识以及知识流,并针对联盟成员间的知识转移相关问题做了深入探讨,为虚拟企业各成员间的接触、协调、协作以及组织学习提供了一定的理论指导。 本文主要完成了以下几个方面的工作: (1) 利用已有的的知识缺口理论及企业成长方式分析了虚拟企业形成的知识理论,并衍生出虚拟企业中的成员选择方法。 (2) 对虚拟企业中的知识进行了定义并揭示其特点;对虚拟企业的知识进行分类,并确认每种类型知识的来源。 (3) 分析了虚拟企业中的知识流,进一步明确了虚拟企业中的知识转移在知识流中所处的位置;讨论了知识转移的模式、方式以及层次,并深入分析了影响知识转移的因素;提出了知识转移能力的概念,并构造出一套考核成员企业的知识转移能力的方法;阐述了促进知识转移的手段。 (4) 给出一个实际案例分析,分析了虚拟企业中的知识类型,以及虚拟企业中的知识流;分析了可能导致联盟终止的影响因素,将其根本原因归结于知识转移的不畅,根据本文所做的工作,提出相应的促进知识转移的措施。

【Abstract】 Virtual enterprise is a new operation mode of organization, which has developed with the rapid development of the information technology under the new global economic competition circumstance. It can make the leader catch the fast changing market chance. Virtual enterprise is alliance body of different organizations,between them it is the mutual to form by the alliance relation,.the research in the past always paid close attention to the flow of information, but not the flow of knowledge. Knowledge flow reveals essence of knowledge concept, mutual reflect the flow of knowledge of virtual cooperative parties. Manageing the knowledge of flowing in virtual enterprises effectively with the aid of knowledge management methods, to reach and control the cooperative course of every member, it is undoubtedly a kind of positive and helpful try. This article has clarified the intension of virtual enterprise and summarized existing working progress of knowledge transfer; then, it has analysed knowledge and knowledge flow of virtual enterprise, and make the deepen discussion to relevant problem of knowledge transfer in alliance. It offers certain theoretical direction for contact, coordination, cooperating and organization study of virtual enterprise.This article has finished the job of the following several respects mainly.(1) It utilizes existing knowledge gap theory and enterprise grow-up way to analyse theoretical foundation which forms virtual enterprise, deriving out the method to choose partner of virtual enterprise.(2) It has defined knowledge in virtual enterprises, posted its characteristic, classified the knowledge in virtual enterprise, and confirmed the source of every kind knowledge.(3) It has analysed knowledge flow in virtual enterprise, futher confirmed the location of knowledge transfer; discussion mode, way and level of knowledge transfer and probed into the factor influencing knowledge transfer; It has put forward the concept of knowledge transfer ability and provided the method to examine parter’s knowledge transfer ability; It has provided the method of promoting knowledge to transfer.(4) It provides a real case and has analysed the knowledge type in virtual enterprise and the knowledge flow in virtual enterprise; put forward the influence factors that may cause the alliance to stop, the ones that ascribed its basic reason is unsmoothness of knowledge transfer.
