植物生长调节剂对马铃薯产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 本试验采用单因素随机区组设计,设计四个试验方案,选用五种植物生长调节剂进行复配或单用,研究植物生长调节剂对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。通过测定马铃薯形态指标、生理指标、产量和品质指标,初步筛选出适宜马铃薯生产上应用的植物生长调节剂及其应用技术。试验表明,在保丰素用量试验中,保丰素低用量(12g/30kg 水/667m~2)效果最好;保丰素+多效唑用量试验中,保丰素(12g/30kg水/667m~2)+多效唑(40g/30kg 水/667m~2)是最适宜的配比浓度;在多效唑用量试验中,以浓度3(75g/30kg 水/66 7m~2)为最佳;在缩节胺用量试验中,以浓度为(15g/30kg 水/667m~2)的用量为最适。四个试验对比,保丰素低用量(12g/30kg 水/667m~2)对提高马铃薯的产量作用极为明显,而缩节胺用量为浓度(1 5g/30kg 水/667m~2)时对提高马铃薯的品质效果最为明显。
【Abstract】 Through Single factor randomized block design in this experiment, four influence for experimenting project were designed, and five groups of plants growth regulating were chosed which were used to go together or signally , the influence of plant growth regulating to potato yield and quality were studied. Through measures appearance index ,physiology index, yield and the quality index of the potato, the growth regulating and its applied techniques which suit potato’s production were preliminary blotted.As a result, in baofengsu dosage experiment, the low dosage baofengsu(12 g/30kg water/667 m~2) are the best,. In baofengsu+PP333 dosage expermint, baofengsu dosage(12 g/ 30kg water/667 m~2)+ ppp333 dosage (40 g/30 kgwater/667 m~2) is the most suitable concentration. In PP333 dosage experiment, the concentration NO.3(75 g/30 kgwater/667 m~2) is the best dosage; In PIX dosage experiment, the concentration (15 g/30 kgwater/667 m~2) is the most suitable dosage. Contrasting the four experiments, the low dosage baofengsu(12 g/30kg water/667 m~2) is extremely obvious to potato’s production, but PIX dosage (15 g/30kg water/667 m~2) is the most obvious to potato’s quality index .
