绿色食品产地土壤环境质量评价及其分区的研究

【摘要】 本文通过对山西省临汾市主要绿色食品生产基地的土壤环境质量进行监测,依据中华人民共和国农业行业标准(NY/T391—2000),采用单项污染指数与综合污染指数法对其重金属元素进行了评价和分级,结果表明: 所有监测点中各项指标单项污染指数均小于1,不超标;综合污染指数除极少数监测点为警戒线外,大多数监测点的综合污染指数均小于等于0.7,属安全水平,完全能满足绿色食品生产基地土壤环境质量的要求。对临汾市主要绿色食品生产基地的土壤肥力进行了监测、评价分级,结果为:所有监测点中,有机质、全氮、有效磷含量60%以上达到Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级,有效钾含量90%以上达到Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级,CEC 含量50%上达到Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级,质地全部达到Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级。在监测评价的基础上,将产地重金属元素、肥力、气候等14项指标作为分区指标,采用系统聚类类平均法对产地进行了战略性分区,结果将临汾市绿色食品生产基地划分为无公害食品、A 级绿色食品发展区和有机食品、AA 级绿色食品发展区。无公害食品、A 级绿色食品发展区包括7 个县区26 个乡镇,地处盆地平川区,地势平坦,交通便利,土质适中,养分含量较丰富,可作为绿色蔬菜、果品、粮棉等各种类型的绿色食品生产基地,该区由于地处工业区边缘,应注意保护生态环境,防止大气、水体、土壤等的污染。有机食品、AA 级绿色食品发展区包括5 个县区19 个乡镇,地处山地丘陵区,地形破碎,沟壑纵横,形成许多隔离带,并且污染较少,为绿色食品的发展创造了许多有利条件,适宜发展绿色小杂粮和绿色果品。但由于土壤肥力偏低,水土流失严重,应注意土壤

【Abstract】 According to the agricultural trade standards(NY/T391—2000)of the people’s republic of China, monitoring was done of the soil, environmental quality of the main good-food production base of Linfen of Shanxi province, single and comprehensive pollution indexes were adopted in appraising and prading of heavy metallic elements in the base of Linfen. Results show: all the single pollution indexes were lower than 1, in all the montosed areas; the comprehensive pollution indexes in most of the monitored areas are lower or equal to 0.7, which can satisfy the demands of the soil environmental quality of green-food. Then the soil fertility in the production base was monitored, appraised and graded. Results show 60% of organic content, N, P 90% of K, more than 50% of CEC, and soil quality reached level Ⅰand Ⅱin all the monitored areas. On the basis of appraising and grading, 14 indexes including heavy metal, fertility and weather and systematic cluster average method were used for the devision. The base was devided into two. Pollution-free food、A grade green-food development area has 26 towns of 7 counties,the area could be used for cultivation of various vegrtables, fruits and crops and cotton because of its flatness in the basin and plain, convenient transporttion, moderate soil quality and great fertility. But since it is near the industriatal districts, attention should be given to the ecological environment and the protection of air, water and soil from pollution. Organic food、AA grade green-food development area has 19 towns of 5 counties, the area is located in hillside. Its braken topography and mutiple valleys form many lesspolluted medians for the advantage of growing the green-food, especially minor crops and fruits, Considering its lower fertility and serious soil erosion, the increase of fertility should be stressed and the combination of the development of green-food and regulation of mountainous rivers should be made to gain the unity of economical, social and ecological benefits.
