半胱胺和酵母铬对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及内分泌激素的影响

Effects of Cysteamine and Chromium Yeast on Performance, Egg Quality and Hormone in Laying Hens

【摘要】 本试验在产蛋鸡饲粮中添加半胱胺(CS)和酵母铬(CrY),探讨其对生产性能、蛋品质及内分泌激素的影响。试验选用40周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡364只,按产蛋率、料蛋比相近采用完全随机设计,分为7个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复13只鸡。试验共进行4期,每期4周,共16周。7个处理分别为:基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+100mgCS/kg·BW(CS间断)、基础饲粮+50mgCS/kg·饲粮(CS连续)、基础饲粮+0.4mgCrY/kg·饲粮(CrY-1)、基础饲粮+0.8mgCrY/kg·饲粮(CrY-2)、基础饲粮+1.2mgCrY/kg·饲粮(CrY-3)、基础饲粮+50mgCS/kg·饲粮+0.8mgCrY/kg·饲粮(复配组)。试验结果表明: 1.蛋鸡饲粮中添加半胱胺(连续)和酵母铬有提高产蛋率(P>0.05)、日产蛋量(P>0.05)的趋势,其中CrY-2组最佳;能降低破软蛋率(P>0.05),其中CS连续组和CrY-2组达显著水平(P<0.05),同时降低料蛋比(P>0.05),CrY-2组降幅最大(P>0.05);能提高日采食量(P>0.05),CrY-1组最大;蛋鸡体重变化呈增加趋势(P>0.05);另外,间断添加半胱胺组产蛋率下降(P>0.05),破软蛋率显著升高(P<0.05),表现出明显负效应。 2.蛋鸡饲粮中添加半胱胺和酵母铬能降低鸡蛋胆固醇,随饲喂时间的延长效果愈好,试验后期,各试验组均能显著降低蛋黄胆固醇(P<0.05),CrY-2组降幅最大,复配组次之,CS间断优于CS连续,均差异显著(P<0.05);全蛋胆固醇各组呈现降低趋势(P>0.05),CrY-2组差异显著(P<0.05);蛋黄干物质、蛋黄粗蛋白CrY-2组显著提高(P<0.05),其它各组呈升高趋势(P>0.05),CS间断优于CS连续,且对蛋黄粗蛋白差异显著(P<0.05);蛋白干物质、蛋白粗蛋白、蛋黄/蛋白及蛋黄、蛋白、蛋壳/全蛋各处理组均差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋壳厚度只有CrY-3组显著提高(P<0.05),其它各组均呈下降趋势(P>0.05);蛋形指数各组均提高(P>0.05),使鸡蛋趋向于正常形。 3.蛋鸡饲粮中添加半胱胺和酵母铬对粗蛋白质(CP)、钙(Ca)、总磷(P)表观代谢率,试验前期,CrY-2组升高(P>0.05),其它各组均降低(P>0.05),且降低幅度复配组最大(P>0.05),CS间断比CS连续大;试验后期,CS间断组CP、Ca的表现代谢率降低,且对Ca表现代谢率影响达显著(P<0.05),CS连续组CP、Ca、P均呈升高趋势(P>0.05),

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Cysteamine (CS) and Yeast Chromium (CrY) adding to laying hen diets on performance, egg quality, hormone. 40-week age, 364 birds according to egg production and feed/egg ratio to adopt single factor completely randomized design, were divided into 7 groups each with 4 replicates of 13 birds each. The experiment was continued for 4 periods each with 4 weeks, amounts to 16 weeks. 7 dietary treatments: basic diet(CT), basic diet+ 100mgCS/kg · BW(CS disconnected), basic diet+50mgCS/kg · diet(CS connected), basic diet+ 0.4mg CrY/kg ·diet(CrY-1), basic diet+0.8mg CrY/kg · diet(CrY-2) , basic diet+1.2mg CrY/kg · diet(CrY-3), basic diet+50mgCS/kg · diet +0.8mg CrY/kg · diet(CS+ CrY). The main results showed as follows:1. It increased egg production ratio (p>0.05), egg production/day (P>0.05) and the result of group CrY-2 was best. It reduced broken soft egg rate (P>0.05), and group CS continued and group CrY-2 had significant effect. Meanwhile it reduced feed/egg ratio (p>0.05), and group CrY-2 decreasing amplitude most heavy (P>0.05). Increased feed intake/day (P>0.05). Group CrY-1 had best effect. There was a tendency to improve to body weight (P>0.05). In addition, group CS disconnected was demonstrated that it had negative effect on egg production rate.2. It reduced the egg cholesterol; the result was the most obvious during the 16th week. All groups reduced the yolk cholesterol significantly (P<0.05). Group CrY-2 resulted in lowest the yolk cholesterol (P<0.05). Group CS+CrY only second to group CrY-2 and group CS disconnected was better than group CS connected; To the whole egg cholesterol, only group CrY-2 reduced significantly (P<0.05) and other every group had a tendency to reduce (P>0.05); Yolk dry matter, yolk CP, group CrY-2 raise notably (p<0.05), other each group showed a tendency to rise (P>0.05), group CS disconnected to superior to group CS connected, and group CS disconnected resulted in increasing yolk CP significantly (P<0.05); There were not significantly difference in all group respect to albumen dry matter, albumen CP, yolk / albumen , yolk , albumen and eggshell / the whole egg(P>0.05); Only group CrY-3 improved significantly the thickness of eggshell(P<0.05),other all groups presented the downward trend (P>0.05); The egg shape index of every groups were improved (P>0.05). And make the egg trend towards the normal shape.3. In former period of experiment, CP, Ca, P apparent metabolism rate, group CrY-2 increased (P>0.05) and other all groups decreased (P>0.05), group CS + CrY decreasing amplitude most heavy (p>0.05); In later period, group CS disconnected resulted in decrease in CP, Ca apparent metabolism rate and difference of the latter was remarkable (P<0.05). Group CS connected showed a tendency to rise, the apparent metabolism rate of P increased significantly (P<0.05), other all groups showed a tendency to improve (P>0.05).4.Serum total protein, the albumin, globulin and albumin / total protein show a tendency to increase (P>0.05), the effect is more and more obvious with conducting of experiment, in the 16th week, group CS connected had a big increase more than group CS disconnected (P>0.05). The total protein, globulin of group CrY-3 was improved significantly (P<0.05). Other every group had no difference significantly (P>0.05); Triglyceride of every group was not remarkable difference in the first three periods (P>0.05) and present the downward trend in the 16th week (P>0.05), group CS disconnected decreasing amplitude is the
