热胁迫对华北落叶松、油松针叶保护性物质影响的研究
Studies on the Effect of Heat Stress on Profective Matters in Leaves of Larix Principis Rupprechtii and Pinus Tabulaeformis Carr

【摘要】 本实验以耐热性强的油松和耐热性弱的华北落叶松三年生移植苗为实验材料,在光照恒温培养箱内进行热胁迫,并以常温(25℃)下为对照,研究不同热胁迫条件下华北落叶松、油松针叶内抗氧化酶及一些小分子化合物的变化,以期找出华北落叶松耐热性弱于油松的原因。实验结果表明:(1) SOD、POD协同能力的好坏影响植物的抗热性。油松保持POD、SOD活性平衡的时间比华北落叶松长,这可能是油松比华北落叶松耐高温时间长的一个原因。(2) 高温条件下,蛋白质的特异性功能似乎比渗透调节功能更有效,有待对可溶性蛋白组分作进一步的研究。(3) 高温条件下油松总能将游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质保持在较高水平,这也可能是油松耐热性强于华北落叶松的原因之一。(4) 华北落叶松有一定的耐高温能力,30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃温度条件下分别可耐受6~8小时、6小时、4小时、4小时,超出这一时间范围,植株开始受到不可逆伤害;油松耐受时间比华北落叶松长,分别为8小时、8小时、6小时、6小时。
【Abstract】 Three years old Larix principis rupprechtii and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were heat stressed in costant temperature illumination cultivatebox,those growed under normal temperature (25°C) were contrasts.This paper studied the changes of SOD activity, POD activity soluble carbohydrate content soluble proteins content and Pro content of Larix principis rupprechtii and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr under different high temperature treatments to search after some reasons that why Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were more heatproof than Larix principis rupprechtii..The result showed:(l)The conspiracy of SOD and POD under heat stress affect plant’s heat resistance.The power of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr is well than that of Larix principis rupprechtii,maybe ,it was one of the reasons that Pinus tabulaeformis Carr resistant more long time in heat stress than Larix principis rupprechtii.(2)In high tempreture,the special function of soluble protein were more significant than it’s osmotic regulation,the protein member should be further studied.(3) Pinus tabulaeformis Carr could keep the content of Pro 、 proein、 carbohydrate in a high level under different heat treatments,maybe it’s another reason why Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were more heatproof than Larix principis rupprechtii.(4) Larix principis rupprechtii had some degree heatproof power,it could resist 6-8 h 、 6h、 4h、 4 h under 30°C、 35°C、 40°C、 45°C,over these time,it would get irreversible hurt. Pinus tabulaeformis Carr could resist longer time,it could resist 8h、 8h、 6h、 6h respectively.
