“教授治校”在我国20世纪上半叶引进的回顾与反思

【摘要】 “教授治校”是一种传统的大学内部管理模式。本文旨在对“教授治校”在我国20世纪上半叶的引进问题进行研究。 “教授治校”作为一种传统的大学管理模式,起源于欧洲中世纪大学。在欧美各国大学内部管理体制中普遍实行的是“教授治校”管理模式,其对大学的发展起到了非常重要的作用,使得西方大学传统的“大学自治”和“学术自由”理念得以很好的继承和发扬。20世纪上半叶是中国大学发展的一个非常重要的时期,在这个时期西方大学的理念和制度被引进到中国。随着辛亥革命的胜利民主共和制度的确立,“教授治校”在中国走的也是从西方引进的道路,在20世纪上半叶中国大学的“教授治校”是在不断接受西方大学理念和制度冲击的下形成和发展起来的。 我国现代意义上的大学建立仅仅只有一百年左右的时间,“教授治校”作为一种大学制度在我国20世纪上半叶曾有过短暂的引进和实施,对中国大学的发展起到了非常重要的促进作用。但新中国成立之后,我国大学的制度开始苏化,由于体制等方面的原因“教授治校”在我国的引进有过长期的中断。当前随着大学办学自主权的逐步扩大,许多大学又重新开始对欧美发达国家盛行的“教授治校”制度进行引进。但是在当前再次对“教授治校”的引进过程中,在认识上存在种种偏差,具有一定的盲目性。在各界鼓吹“教授治校”理念之时,对何谓“教授治校”也有着各种不同的说法。因而我们极有必要从“源”上对20世纪上半叶“教授治校”在我国的引进问题进行回顾与反思,并在此基础之上,通过研究力图对当前大学内部管理体制的改革和“教授治校”的尝试有所裨益。 从这个角度出发,全文共由四个部分组成。第一部分主要对20世纪上半叶“教授治校”在我国引进的原因进行分析,主要解决“为什么”的问题。通过对20世纪上半叶中国社会背景和高等教育改革需要进行考察,可以发现此时期“教授治校”从西方引进到我国是一种必然。第二部分主要对20世纪上半叶“教授治校”在我国的引进历程进行回顾,发现此时期的引进分为四个主要的阶段,主要经历了以德国大学的模式进行引进,再转到以美国大学为蓝本进行引进,最后结合中国当时的实际
【Abstract】 "Professorial governance" is a management mode inside a kind of traditional university. This text aims at to the first half of the 20th century "Professorial governance" the introduction problem in our country carried on research."Professorial governance" originated from the university in Middle Ages of Europe as a kind of traditional university management mode, it was the management mode that " Professorial governance" that generally implemented in the management inside the universities of various countries of America and Europe, it plays a very important role to development of the university, make the traditional "University Autonomy "of western university and "Academic Freedom" idea be well inherited and developed . First half of the 20th century was a very important period for development of Chinese University, the idea and system of the western university are introduced to China in this period. With the establishment of the victory democratic republicanism system of the 1911 Revolution, "Professorial governance" what walked in China is the road introduced from the west too, "Professorial governance " in accept western university transform into and develop under being that idea and system strike constantly in will it be first half the 20th century Chinese university.The university in the modern meaning of our country only has 100 years or so only to set up, "Professorial governance" once there were transient introduction and implementation in the first half of the 20th century in our country as the system of a kind of university, play a very important role to the development of the Chinese university. But after new China establish, of our country system of university begin Soviet Union, because system reason of respect "Professorial governance" the introduction in our country had breaking down long-term . The gradual enlargement of the autonomy as the university runs a school at present, a lot of universities resume introducingthe American-European "Professorial governance" system in vogue of developed country. But in to introduction course on " Professorial governance" , there are all sorts of deviations on concept again at present, have certain blindness. When all circles advocate the idea that "Professorial governance " , to that what is meant by " Professorial governance " but have all kinds of statements. Therefore we extremely necessary "Professorial governance" the introduction issue in our country was reviewed and reviewed to will it be first half such as century the 20th century on "source" , and on foundation this, through is it try hard reform and try on "Professorial governance" of management system beneficial to present university to study. Proceeding from this angle, the full text is made up of four parts altogether. First part Analyses to the reason to introduce in our country that " Professorial governance " of first half of the 20th century mainly, solve the problem of "why" mainly. Through needing investigating China’s social background and high educational reform of first half of the 20th century, can find it is introduced from the west to our country that "Professorial governance" is a kind of necessity in this period . Second part "Professorial governance" the introduction course in our country was reviewed to the first half of the 20th century mainly, find the introduction of this period is divided into four main stages, the main experience is introduced with the mode of the German university, is it regard American university as original version is it introduce to go on , combine China at that time actual conditions carry on some beneficial tries finally to turn into and then. The third part will it be first half the 20th century "Professorial governance" influence that development played in university investigate and sum up until China introduce correctly mainly. Second part Answer the question that is " some " with the third part mainly. The fourth part "Professorial governance" in introspection that our country introduce , through analyze situation and influence of production that introduce at that time to will it be first half the 20th century, try hard to the reform of present university to offer reference finally. The fourth part Answer the question that "how is it" mainly.
