【摘要】 资源的稀缺性和不可再生性及其在国民经济发展的重要作用决定了对于资源型城市转型成本的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。我国有300 多个资源型城市,因此资源型城市转型成本的研究对于整个国民经济和区域经济的和谐健康发展,对于推进资源型城市转型工作具有重要作用。本文在阅读大量相关文献的基础上,借鉴前人的研究成果和研究方法,对资源型城市转型成本的概念、特点和构成进行了理论探讨,接下来采用数学分析和逻辑分析的方法针对资源型城市转型成本和转型时机、转型方式、城市自身所处的发展阶段的关系分别进行研究,得到转型成本与转型时机,转型方式的选择互为前提互为依据的结论,而处于不同发展阶段的资源型城市的转型成本的构成是不同的,针对不同的情况要采取不同的转型政策。在实际推进转型工作时,在确定城市所处发展阶段、分析该阶段城市转型成本构成的基础上,选择恰当的转型时机和方式才能以最小的转型成本来实现既定的转型效益或者以既定的转型成本来实现最大的转型效益,同样,只有对转型成本进行尽量准确,完整的估量才能选择出恰当的转型时机和转型方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scanty and non-renewable of resource and it’s basic function in national economic development determine the study on the type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities has important theoretical significance and realistic significance. The function of the study on the type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities is self-evident to the harmonious development of total national economies and regional economies, has guidance realistic function to concrete conversion work of resource-type cities. This paper has drawn former research results and research approach on the basis of reading a large number of relevant lists of references, make the theoretical discussion to the conception, characteristic and constituent of the type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities, and adopt mathematics analysis method and logic analysis method to research on the relations between the conversion cost and the conversion opportunity, conversion way, developing stage of resource . The type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities can be divided into the adjustment cost and the delay cost. The adjustment cost minus the delay cost is the net cost of the type-conversion, and the adjustment cost plus the delay cost is the total cost of the type-conversion. And the selection of occasion of the economic type-conversion determines the amount of the net cost and the total cost of the type-conversion .we should make clear of each cost of the type-conversion and reduce the reduce the total cost as many as possible.更多还原
