数字全息图再现像的三维重构

【摘要】 现阶段数字全息术的研究主要集中在成像理论、算法及如何提高精度等方面,其中全息图的重建算法是数字全息术的重要问题之一。迄今,已提出多种数值再现方法,根据记录光路和数值再现方式的不同,主要可分为卷积算法、相位恢复算法、菲涅尔变换法、相移法、波长扫描数字干涉全息术和频域变换法等。但是目前的研究都还仅限于模拟再现得到二维光分布。 本论文重点研究了数字全息图数值再现像的三维重构的算法,提出了将聚焦测距原理应用于数字全息图的数值再现,从而实现数值再现像的三维重构的技术。同时,对数字全息术应用于三维面形检测作了实践探索。为此,本论文还在以下几方面取得了初步的成果:深入研究了数字全息图的数值再现方法;研究数字全息图的获取方法,提出了一种记录在银盐干版上,通过扫描获取数字全息图的方法;讨论了影响三维重构效果的因素。 本论文分为四章。第一章综述了数字全息术的发展,对数字全息术有一个总体的认识;回顾了三维面形检测的一些重要技术,希望从中获取对数字全息图再现像的三维重构的有益启示。 第二章从光学全息,快速傅立叶变换算法,菲涅耳衍射角度出发,阐述了数字全息术的基本理论,着重讨论了菲涅耳衍射积分再现力法。 第三章是全文的重点,将计算机视觉理论中聚焦测距原理应用于

【Abstract】 Nowadays the study of digital holography has focused on the theory and the algorithm o f i mage formation, a s w ell a s h ow to improve the precision and soon. Among, the algorithm of numerical reconstruction is the kernel of digital holography. Hitherto, several algorithms have been presented. According to recording beam path and methods of numerical reconstruction, the algorithms are mainly diversified into convolution method, phase retrieval method, Fresnel transform method, phase shifting method, digital hologram interferometry using wavelength scanning, and frequency-domain transform method. But all the techniques have not precisely obtained the 3-D information rather only the 2-D light field distribution.This dissertation emphatically investigates the algorithm which can realizes 3-D rebuilding of the numerical reconstruction image of a digital hologram. We apply the Depth-from-focus method of computer vision theory to digital holography and successfully realize 3-D rebuilding of numerical reconstruction images. At the same time, we elementarily probe into its application to 3-D shape measurement. This dissertation also obtains some fruits in the following parts. For one thing, we researched the numerical reconstruction of digital holograms in detail. For another, we adopt an approach to capture a digital hologram. We fabricate an off-axis Fresnel hologram recorded on a silver halide emulsion plate with enough resolution for interference fringes and obtain a digital hologram by a scan with high resolution. What’s more, we discuss the factors that affect 3-D rebuilding results.This dissertation consists of four chapters. Chapter one sums up the development o f digital holography and reviews some important techniques for 3 -D shape measurement.In chapter two, we talk about the basic theory of digital holography based on optical holography, FFT algorithm, Fresnel diffraction and discuss the reconstruction
