从四所高职院校调查看高职学生的心理问题、形成原因及矫治策略

【摘要】 随着时代的发展和教育改革的不断深化,素质教育正在被社会、广大教师和学生所接受。“以人为本”,促进学生和谐发展,已成为新时期教育的新理念。良好的心理素质是个体综合素质的重要组成部分和重要体现,以提高心理素质为目标的心理健康教育,理应成为高职教育的重要内容。 高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,通过培养实用型、技术型应用人才,促进国家和经济建设的发展。但由于我国的高职教育起步较晚、发展较快,有些甚至是盲目发展,因此在发展过程中出现了许多预料不到的情况和问题,如果这些问题不能够得到很好解决,它将影响高职教育的可持续发展。本文仅以高职教育中学生心理素质问题为切入点,用自己十几年的经验体会、多年的观察,以及大量的用心的调查,并力图能够发现真正问题,提出解决思路,为领导决策提供依据,为教师教学提供参考,为学生发展提供借鉴。 在采访了领导、走访了教师、调查访问了学生后,我认为在高职学生中由于:不良家庭背景和不良社会文化的冲击,还有高职院校基础薄弱,心理健康教育没有引起关注,心理健康服务辅导机制没有建立等因素的影响,出现了认知不协调、情感发育不良、人际冲突紧张、个性存在缺陷等心理问题,而这些问题严重制约着高职学生的健康发展。为此必须改变观念、提高认识,树立全面发展的教育观;改革高职院校教育评价制度,深化高职院校心理健康教育;发挥家庭、学校和社会的协同作用,完善高职学生心理健康服务辅导机制。 21世纪最缺乏的是人才,人才的内涵虽然在不断变化,但身心健康、品德高尚、智慧达观、技能卓越是其基本。在高职教育如火如荼发展的今天,我们应该冷静反思我们的教育理念和教育措施,关注并关心高职学生身心的健康成长与和谐发展。 教育要促进社会的不断进步,教育更应该促进人的和谐发展。
【Abstract】 As the time being, and the education reforms are being carried on, stuff education are being accepted by the society, teachers and students. "Focus on human being", promoting the students to develop well have become the new concept of modern education. Good psychological health is the important part and representative of comprehensive abilities of individuals. The education on the psychological health, which aims to improve psychological ability, should be the important content of high vocational technology education.The high vocational technology education is one of the important parts of high education. It promotes the development of the country and its economic construction by training practical and technical talent. Because our high vocational technology education began too late and developed too fast, and what’s more, some even developed aimlessly, lots of unexpected problems occur during the development. If these problems can’t be solved well, they will influence the persistent development of high vocational technology education. On the basis of my years of observation, my experience and my investigations, this article will focus on the psychological abilities of the students in high vocational technology education and try to bring up the real reasons, and find out ways to resolve them, give reference information for leaders’ decision, give help for teachers’ in their teaching, give warning for students’ development.After interviewing the leaders, visiting teachers and investing the students, I found that the bad family background and social culture, the ignore of concern the education on psychological health and the absence of psychological health help system have caused the following questions such as, cognitive dissonance, emotional immaturity, communication
