【摘要】 教育科研素质是教师专业素质的重要部分,对教师圆满履行角色义务及教师的专业成长和自我价值的实现具有积极意义。而高师数学教育是培养数学教师的母机,因此,应该采取切实有效的措施促进高师数学系学生教育科研素质的提高。 对于教师或高师生的一般教育科研素质,国内外研究已取得一些成果,有些是针对于教师或高师生教育科研素质的外在因素影响,有些是针对于教师或高师生教育科研素质的内在因素影响。本文通过已有文献的学习,试图在了解高师数学系学生教育科研素质现状的基础上探讨他们教育科研素质提高的途径。概括地说,研究的主要问题是:“高师数学系学生的教育科研素质怎样?如何提高他们的教育科研素质?” 研究的原始资料和数据来自于问卷调查、访谈和个案研究。研究发现,高师数学系学生在数学学习行为倾向、数学教育科研意识、数学教育科研知识和教育理论知识、教育科研能力等方面发展不平衡。但在个案研究中也可发现,可以通过提高学生的反思意识和能力、提高学生学习教育理论有效性、消除学生的教育科研神秘感、引导学生操作教育科研基本程序等等以高师生为本的教育介入提高他们的教育科研素质。 最后,结合本研究的初步结论和现有的教育理论成果,对提高高师数学系学生教育科研素质的途径进行初步研究,主要采取建构观下提高高师数学教育理论教学的有效性、反思型教师教育观下培养高师生的反思意识和能力、高师生教育科研过程中进行一定教育介入等等措施提高高师数学系学生的教育科研素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality of educational science research is a major qualification as a teacher and plays a positive part in teacher performing their duty and their professional advance and the realization of self-value .It is believed that the normal education is a main channel to cultivate the mathematical teachers .Therefore, some effective measures must be taken to stimulate the improvement of quality of educational science research of normal students majoring in mathematics.Many researches on quality of educational science research . Some developments limited in external factors influence on quality of educational science research. There are some researchers tell us internal factors influence on quality of educational science research. This paper investigates the quality of educational science research of students majoring in mathematics in normal university based on given literature. In brief, the central problems are how the students majoring in mathematics in normal university develop quality of educational science research and discussing the problems of the students about the mathematics quality of educational science research.The questionnaire, interviewing and case study are applied in research . The research unearths that students majoring in mathematics in normal university are worried about the studying behavior , educational science research consciousness , educational science research knowledge and education theories, the mathematics education scientific research ability. But in case studies, we can find the concrete policy for carrying it out to improve the quality of educational science research of students majoring in mathematics in normal university.Combining case study with the developments of education researches , we can improve the quality of educational science research of students majoring in mathematics in normal university by giving such concrete policy.更多还原
