【摘要】 由于出生率的下降和平均寿命的延长,我国早在2000年就进入了人口老龄化社会。而与人口老龄化相伴随的是老年人口高龄化,在未来几十年内,高龄老人是增长最快的人口群体。在急剧的社会转型中,高龄老人由于生理机体的衰老,抗病能力减弱,收入相对匮乏,无疑是典型的社会弱势群体,值得我们很好的研究。然而,综观国内外的研究成果,关于高龄老人的社会支持虽然也每有学者论及,但都存在或多或少的遗憾。因此,为了了解高龄老人社会支持的现状及构建其有效的社会支持体系,我们进行了此项研究。这无疑既是对客观现实的有力呼应,也是对相关理论的有益补充和完善。 本研究以具备城镇常住户口的高龄老人为研究对象,采用随机多阶段抽样与简单随机抽样相结合的方法选择调查样本。资料的收集主要通过问卷调查法,个案访谈法,文献研究法获得,数据的处理采用SPSS12.0进行,并建立了相应的调查结果统计数据库。 调查表明:城市高龄老人的身体状况普遍较差;经济支持严重不足;医疗支持严重匮乏;精神支持严重缺失。 因此,我们应积极采取措施,加大物质生活保障力度,改进和完善社会保障特别是养老保险制度,拓宽高龄老人的资金来源渠道;努力改革现有医疗体制,完善医疗服务体系,尽快建立高龄老人医疗补贴制度;加强社区服务力度,提倡尊老、敬老,营造氛围,提高精神生活质量,使高龄老人真正老有所养、老有所医,老有所乐更多还原

【Abstract】 As the decline of the birthrate and the extension of the average expectant life-span, our country has entered an aging society as far back as 2000. And that followed with population aging is the oldest-old aging. Then the oldest-old will increase quickest in the coming decades. During the sudden social is the social vulnerable group for their anile bodies, weakening resistance against disease and relatively slender incomes all of those should be well-researched research. Taking a comprehensive view of the domestic and international achievements in this field, I found that some have touched on this point; however, there are defects, more of less in it. So, for the sake of understanding current social support for the oldest-old and its effective supporting system, we carried on this study which is clearly not only a dynamic to the objectivity but also a supplement and complement for its related theories.In this research, we chose the urban oldest-old with registered permanent residences as our investigative objects. Multi-stage combined with simple random sample was used to choose samples while questioner survey, cases interview and document study were adopted in our material collection. We used SPPSS12.0 to process the date and set up a corresponding statistical database of the investigative results.The survey indicates: the urban oldest-old who have bad health, inefficient material support scanty medical treatment and deficient spiritual aid desire social support.Therefore, we should improve and perfect social security especially age pension system actively, widen old-people’s capital source, reform present medical system institutionally, set up the institution of medical for them as soon as possible, strengthen community service, call for love and respect for the old to make them really well-kept, well-replayed and happily-lived.更多还原
