【摘要】 建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,在政治文明建设中负有重大责任。党内民主是党的生命,是社会主义政治文明的重要内容,对社会主义政治文明建设关系重大。因此,深入研究党内民主与社会主义政治文明的相互关系,明确党内民主在社会主义政治文明建设中的地位与作用,对于发展党内民主,推动社会主义政治文明建设具有重大的理论和现实意义。 本文主要分为四个部分: 第一部分,建设社会主义政治文明要从中国共产党党内入手。主要论述中国共产党是社会主义政治文明建设的领导力量,因此,党在社会主义政治文明建设中负有重大责任。而领导政治文明建设的党,其自身应成为政治文明的示范者,党在政治文明建设中的示范作用,只有通过党内民主才能体现出来。 第二部分,党内民主与社会主义政治文明的基本内涵与相互关系。从分析党内民主与社会主义政治文明的基本内涵入手,论证它们之间的相互关系。 第三部分,党内民主在社会主义政治文明建设中的特殊地位与作用。推进社会主义政治文明建设,关键是要把党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国三者有机统一起来,党内民主是加强和改善党的领导的根本途径,是人民民主的首要推动力,也是实现依法治国的先决条件,所以,党内民主是把三者有机统一起来的核心环节。要推进政治文明建设,首先就要发展党内民主。 第四部分,发展党内民主,推动社会主义政治文明建设。发展党内民主,要从党内的实际状况出发,坚持自上而下为主、上下配合为辅的原则,培育与普及党内民主意识,改革与创新党内民主制度,构建与完善党内民主机制,只有这样,才能推动社会主义政治文明建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing the socialist political civilization is the important aim in the overall building of the comfortably off society. The CPC is the leadership nucleus of the Chinese socialism and it takes on a great responsibility in the building of socialist political civilization of China, The inner-party democracy is the life of the CPC and the important content of the socialist political civilization of China and it is of vital importance to the building of socialist political civilization of China. Therefore, it has a vital theories and actual meaning to developing the inner-party democracy and promoting the constructing of socialist political civilization of China that deep researching the interrelation of the inner-party democracy and the socialist political civilization of China, and recognizing the position and affect of the inner-party democracy in the construction of socialist political civilization of China.The paper discusses the issue through four parts.Part one: the building of socialist political civilization of China must begin from the inside of the CPC. It discusses that the CPC is the leader of the socialist political civilization building of China. Thus, the CPC take on a great responsibility. The CPC that lead the construction of the political civilization should become the demonstrator of the political civilization itself. Only does the function of the demonstration display by the inner-party democracy.Part two: the basic intension and the interrelation of the inner-party democracy and the socialist political civilization, beginning from the basic intension of the inner-party democracy and the socialist political civilization, to demonstration the interrelation between them.Part there: the special position and affect of the inner-party democracy in the construction of socialist political civilization of China.
