【摘要】 今天的西部开发,必将推动中华民族的伟大复兴。两汉时期,没有西北开发,就没有汉朝盛世,也就没有汉朝在当时世界历史上的领先地位。 文章分为四个部分。 第一部分“汉代西北概况”,主要界定了本文所研究的“汉代西北”的范围以及地形,同时根据史料描述了当时的气候、水资源、植被等生态情况。 第二部分“汉代西北开发的盛况”是本文的主体部分。对于汉代西北的开发,我从交通、屯田、移民实边、农业技术、畜牧业、手工业、商业、城镇等方面进行了深入探讨。交通特别是著名的“丝绸之路”是汉代西北开发的前提和纽带。屯田是当时西北开发的重中之重,文章详细论述了汉代西北屯田的目的、概况、管理、特点以及屯田的重要影响。汉代西北开发的另一个重点就是移民实边,文章探讨了移民实边的动因、概况以及影响,然后指出了移民实边的特点。农业技术的发展则主要表现为铁农具的普及、耕作技术的推广、水利建设的发展。此外,畜牧业、手工业、商业都得到了不同程度的发展,并取得了一定的成就。最后探讨了汉代城镇的兴起、发展、结构和特点。 第三部分“汉代西北开发的影响”阐述了汉代西北开发的重要影响:促进了西北地区的全面发展;推动了中西经济文化交流;成就了汉朝盛世。 第四部分“汉代西北开发的启示”则从汉代西北开发中总结出六点启示:社会稳定是西北开发的前提条件;政府主导是西北开发的重要条件;基础建设是西北开发的必要条件;因地制宜是西北开发的关键措施;生态保护是西北开发的根本所在;精神开发是西北开发的动力源泉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today’s development of western regions of china , will promote the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. In two Han Dynasty periods, without development of the Northwest, no flourishing age of Han Dynasty, do not have leading position on the world history at that time of Han Dynasty.The article consists four parts.Part Ⅰ " Han Dynasty northwest overview ", mainly defines range and topography of " Han Dynasty the Northwest " this article study, and describs such ecological situations as the climate , water resource , vegetation at that time ,etc. according to the historical data.Part Ⅱ "developing the grand occasion in the Northwest in Han Dynasty " was a subject part of the article. As to Han Dynasty development of the Northwest, It carrys on the deep discussion from traffic, having garrison troops or peasants open up wasteland and grow food grain, immigrant real , agricultural technology , animal husbandry , handicraft industry , commerce , town ,etc. respect. The traffic is prerequisite and tie developed in the Northwest of Han Dynasty, especially famous " Silk Road ". It has garrison troops or peasants open up wasteland and grow food grain to be the most important thing that the Northwest develop at that time .Article expounds the fact including purpose , overview , management, characteristic and important influence having garrison troops or peasants open up wasteland and grow food grain. Another one that develop the Northwest of on the Han Dynasty focal point real, article really probes into immigrant in immigrant reason, the overview and influencing, then points out immigrant’s characteristic in the real side. The development of agricultural technology is shown as the popularization of the iron farm implements, popularization of farming technique , development of water conservancy construction mainly.
