【摘要】 由于模糊现象到处大量存在,随着科学技术的进步,人们己无法回避这个问题。从20世纪20年代开始,就有学者思考和研究如何描述客观世界中普遍存在的模糊现象。如著名的哲学家和数学家B·罗素。模糊理论由札德教授提出,但它的发展非常不平坦,在西方因为传统的习惯力量,使之屡屡受阻。相反在东方却很受欢迎。如今认识到模糊逻辑摒弃的不是精确,而是无意义的精确,它是用极小的模糊代价换来前途无限的技术,所以它的应用是越来越广泛。模糊逻辑在学术和商业上还是方兴未艾的领域,在最近两三年已成了热门话题。 本文基于模糊逻辑理论及模型基础之上,使之与风险投资项目决策相结合,从而来对影响投资项目的各方面因素进行分析研究。通过应用模糊综合评判模型对风险投资项目决策中存在着的一些不确定性因素进行综合分析,并引入了层次分析法以确定各指标权重。 本文共分四章。 第一章 介绍了模糊逻辑的起源及哲学上认识。 第二章 主要介绍了模糊逻辑基础理论及模型 第三章 对金融风险投资决策分析,从而对金融风险投资的特征、类型有了一定了解,对运用模糊逻辑评价方法对之进行评判奠定了基础。 第四章 通过建立风险投资项目决策模型,对风险投资决策中存在着一些不可知或不确定的因素可运用模糊逻辑评价方法进行具体分析研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fuzzy phenomena exsit in abundance all over,men can’t obviate the question , following the technology on the upgrade.There are some scholars began to consider and study how to describe the ubiquitous fuzzy phenomena in objective world. For example the famous philosopher and mathematician--B · Russell. Professor Zadeh bring forward the Fuzzy theroy, but its development is uneven,because its traditional force makes a great handicap in West. On the contrary it receives a warm welcome in East. Now we know that fuzzy logic slam the door not precision but meaningless precision. It displaces infinitesimal fuzzy cost with immensity future, so the application of it is more and more extensive. Fuzzy logic is in the ascendant in science and commerce.And it becomes pop theme recently.Based on fuzzy logic theroy and model the thesis combines them with risk venture item decision, so it can be used to analyse and to study the factors which influence venture item. The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can carry through comprehensively analyse some indeterminate factors in risk venture item decision, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to define the weight of different factors. The thesis comprises four chapters:Chapterl introduce the origin of fuzzy logic and its cognition on philosophyChapter 2 mainly introduce fuzzy logic basic knowledge and modelsChapter 3 By analysing finance risk venture decision ,we can undestand the characters and classes of finance risk venture decision .So it’s the basis of the fuzzy logic evaluation method.Chapter4 By establishing risk venture item decision model,we can analyse and study concretely some unknowable or incertitude factors in risk venture decision.更多还原
