【摘要】 流动儿童的教育问题是一个关乎教育公平,关乎整体国民素质的提高,也关乎社会稳定和繁荣的复杂的、综合性的社会问题。我国目前流动儿童教育现状不容乐观,且已经引发了一系列的矛盾和问题,对现有教育体制、社会结构、管理体制等提出了严峻的挑战。本研究力图在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,从社会学的角度对公立学校中流动儿童的教育问题进行深入的探讨和解剖式的研究。 通过对重庆市北碚区新桥小学二到六年级的流动儿童及一到六年级的流动儿童家长进行问卷调查,对该校的教师进行了深入访谈,发现该学校流动儿童教育的现状表现为:1.学校就学环境不理想;2.家庭教育环境脆弱;3.缺乏有力的社会支持。 同时,调查显示新桥小学流动儿童教育主要存在以下问题:1.社会对流动儿童的教育缺乏足够的重视和公平对待;2.流动儿童家庭教育环境不良,缺乏与学校的沟通和配合;3.流动儿童流动的频繁性和无序性,使学籍管理存在很大困难;4.行为规范未到位,使学校的行为管理受到影响;5.流动儿童存在一定程度的社会适应不良。 在对调查结果进一步分析和讨论的基础上得知影响流动儿童教育的主要因素:1.户籍制度的隔离;2.教育体制的束缚;3.义务教育理念的缺失和教育价值取向的错位;4.社会分层导致流动人口的社会弱势地位及流动人口自身权利保护意识薄弱。 由此,作者提出了解决流动儿童教育问题的基本构想和基本思路:1.建立有效的社会支持系统;2.强化学校管理,优化学校育人环境;3.改善家庭内部环境,夯实家庭教育基础,为流动儿童教育提供物质支持、教育支持和精神支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The education of floating children is a complex and comprehensive social problem. It concerns educational fair, also concerns the raising of overall national quality, and influences the stability and flourish of society. The present situation of floating children’s education is not optimistic in our country, it have caused a series of contradiction and problems, have put forward stern challenge for existing educational system, social structure and management system etc.. On the foundation of other’s research accomplishments, this research try to discuss and study further the floating children’s educational problem in public school from the angle of sociology.Based on the questionnaire on the present educational situation of floating children spending to floating children of 2 to 6 grade and their parents of 1 to 6 grade from Xinqiao primary school, these traits are found: Firstly, the environment of teaching is not ideal; Secondly, family educational environment of floating children is fragile; thirdly, the education of floating children is lacking of the social support strongly.At the same time, the investigation shows that the education of floating children exists following problem: First, the society is lack of enough attention and treat fairly for the education of floating children; Second, family educational environment of floating children is bad, and lack coordination and the communication of school; Third, it is frequently and inorder of floating children’s flowing, and the management更多还原
