协同设计中工作流管理研究

【摘要】 工作流技术是进入21世纪以后协同工作领域的一个新的研究热点,它涉及到机械工程、计算机科学、信息技术以及管理科学等多种学科的内容。深入研究工作流技术对于提高企业信息化程度、运作效率以及竞争能力都有着重要的意义。 本文从协同设计的特点出发,对工作流管理技术进行了研究。计算机协同设计将计算机技术、网络通信技术、多媒体技术等应用领域紧密地结合起来,使不同专业的群体成员可跨越地理分布的差异共同完成协作任务,向人们提供了一种全新的工作环境和交流方式。为了适应这种新型的方式,工作流管理系统必须利用新的信息技术、新的理念提高对这个领域的支持能力。 文中通过了解各种现有的工作流系统,比较各种工作流模型的优缺点,结合课题实际需求,提出了一种可视化柔性工作流模型:角色-业务-状态-位置(RBSP),并从工作流执行、流程角色定义、流程并发控制、异常处理、流程验证、流程柔性等方面论述了设计的过程。 根据以上的设计研究,本文实现了支持计算机协同设计的工作流的可视化定义,并重点针对流程角色管理、并发控制、异常处理和流程验证方面提出一套切实可行的方案。文章最后结合某省级水利水电勘测设计研究院协同设计课题论述了工作流管理的具体实现,并对工作流技术的发展方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The Workflow technology is one of the research focuses on the field of CSCW since 21 century, which is related to many subjects such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Management, etc.lt is of great importance to research deeply the workflow technology, so as to improve the degree of enterprise information, operation efficiency and competitive ability.In this paper, the workflow management technology based on the application of CSCW is studied.Computer cooperation, which combines tightly with computer technology, network communication technology, multimedia technology etc., makes different members with different backgrounds be able to cooperate for one common task through geographies and provides a new working environment and communication method. In order to be adapted to this new working method, the new information technologies and new concepts must be applied in the workflow management system to enhance the supplying capacity of this domain.On surveying the development situation of workflow products and comparing the advantages and drawbacks of different flow models, a visual and flexible workflow model, RBSP, is proposed.System general design on workflow enactment services, role definition, concurrency control, exception handle, verification of workflow soundness and workflow flexibility, etc., are discussed in detail.Based on the research on theory and technology mentioned above, a visualized definition tool for supporting the workflow of computer collaborative design is realized.An effective solution is put forward which is mainly used in workflow role definition, concurrency control, exception handle, verification of workflow soundness. Finally, the implementation of workflow system which is actually used in SWHI collaborative design project is described, some further research on the development of workflow technology are presented.
